I'm surprised that like most Republicans he just didn't go out and get a Mexican - they are a lot cheaper. Was the cop black? Strom (Uncle Strom's Cabin) was into dark meat and I'm wondering if that is the case here. That would explain why he just didn't get himself a Mexican.
