It is impossible to fight against religious fanatics. It has been demonstrated in the Middle East and around the world for hundreds of years...

...so perhaps we should stop trying to fight them and begin a 100% focus on homeland DEFENSE.

As the saying goes, "A good defense can be the best offense."

If in the Cuban Missile Crisis, Kennedy had just done what the Generals and Admirals had wanted done, and just let them make all the decisions, the result would have been a nuclear war, and none of us would probably be alive to discuss this issue now.

America will be a free country only as long as civilians are in control of the military.

"Gen. Patton, how dare you say that in the futcha all wars will be fought by politicians? They don't carry riffles [sic]!"

Patton didn't write the Constitution.

He was fired for threatening to attack Soviet armies in Europe and provoke WWIII.

No nation has ever ceded all military power to the generals and colonels without losing their liberties and freedoms.

The military in America is under civilian rule.

What are you babbling about? Clinton SAID he was going to bomb Iraq, HE bombed Iraq, all our troops came home alive ON TIME as he said. Can you tell us ONE THING... Just ONE THING that Bush has told us about Iraq that has been completely true? Who can't remember the LIAR telling us how the insurgency was on it's last legs.... Oh here's a better one, in the LAST Election didn't he tell us we were WINNING in Iraq? What does those BLANTANT LIES have to do with POLITICAL PARTIES? Sieg Heil Bush!!

"I believe Congress ought to wait for Gen. Petraeus to come back and give his assessment of the strategy that he's putting in place before making any decisions."

Yep and then it'll be MORE lies and MORE of the same tired old ***. The Jerks trying to run out the clock with the lives of those who MUST defend us. They are tired, they've been there way to long, it's not their job to fight Iraq's Civil War and the Real Enemy seems to be getting stronger. How much Incompetence is enough? I know if I'd have lead my Unit in Nam like this Bozo is, someone would have fragged me a week after getting in Country! How much brain does it take to figure out that putting our kids in the Streets with a civil War is giving the enemy a chance he would NEVER have otherwise. Sieg Heil Bush

I declare jihad on all jihadis that jihad against my jihad. They are infidels in the eyes of God and must be stopped. May we quicken the coming of Jesus by attacking all Muslim lands for the glory of God All-Mighty! They will know that our God is great and they will feel his love when we rain bombs down on them from the sky.

"Our message to the president is clear," Clinton told a crowd of about 250. "It is time to begin ending this war %u2014 not next year, not next month %u2014 but today."

I have to go give my dogs a bath for a bit. They have long fur and after a few morning walks to do their business they always end up with little pieces of George W. Bush clinging to their *** hairs that needs to be washed off.

Perhaps you need to give them a laxative so that they can flush out the remainder of Bush into someones yard be collected and put to use as a gaseous fuel.

Is there ANY American who does not buy into your idea of how we are to fight this thing that you do NOT hate? If I were you clowns and I were getting the living C-R-A-P kicked out of me.. yet again, I'd hope that there was someone out there on the "other side" who could pull your scummy butts out of the fire again. My Dad used to tell me about you clowns attacking FDR for wanting to help England because you guys LOVED Hitler. You certainly do carry on that fight to the last man in the bunker attitude... Sieg Heil Bush!!
