bmsbms29,,,, Unfortunately Bush has been wrong for this entire war --- Now republicans are yelling "Out now" & they don't want to wait untill the end of September..... It's also spread the terrorism against Western Nations.

It whould be benificial for America to have a "Decider" that's somewhat more capable for the job

I hate it that the terroists are attacking Great Britain like they are. But the terroists will attack wherever they can. And there are a lot of muslims (good & bad) in G.B.

This is another reason why we need to continue fighting in Iraq. The minute we leave, the terroists will take over Irag. And will be able to prepare greater forms of terroists attacks.

We have great security in the U.S. and it doesn't matter how many of our troops are here or fighting in Iraq or elsewhere. if the terroists want to attack here, they will.

We just need to keep up our surveillance but be much more observant. Military, Police, Firemen, AND especially the rest of the U.S. citizens.

We can't just leave our surveillance to others.

Be Watchful!

I'm going to refer you back to your post at 09:47 AM, when you stated as being a fact:

"In early 1979, Iraq built the first factory to produce insecticides with the help of Italian engineers. The factory was built in the region of Akashat...Australian and Dutchfirms ...... exported a lot of materials related to this field of production. .... Multinational Italian firms also supplied Iraq with 60 tons of Oxycklorure .....that is also used in chemical industries that can be put to dual-use."

Do you even understand the meaning of the term "dual-use"?

If so, then the logic you've used in a vain attempt to discredit the overwhelming proof that is out there, has discredited your own argument.

You somehow overlook the fact that the United States itself has stated that they helped arm Saddam with WMD's.

Stupidly, you persist in a vein attempt at changing historical facts.

And that makes you stupid.

There you go, links to congressional statements. There are no actual facts there, allegations golore, but there is absolutely no evidence presented that the reason the Congress recognized Iraq and allowed improved relations was for the purpose of aiding Saddam Hussein in aquiring WMD.

After the fact, as stated in your own link, they were angry that medical grade samples were utilized in the development process for weapons.

That does show any intent. Your still sucking wind, gossip galore McDazz.

I challenge you to research the cr@p you post first - then you'll see how you've been led up the garden path by the Republicanazis.

Lets see, I linked factual documentation from the FAS (Federation of American Scientists). You posted lip service.

Dont you see what Im getting at? Your walking around with a hole in your pocket. You have posted nothing that refutes the FAS documentation. The FAS is a solid source, your lip service, on the other hand, is nothing but the banter of ignorance.

"Congressional investigations after the Gulf War revealed that the Commerce Department had licensed sales of biological agents, including anthrax, and insecticides, which could be used in chemical weapons, to Iraq.

When Iraq used chemical weapons against the Kurds in 1987, there was anger in Congress and the White House. But a memo in 1988 from Assistant Secretary of State Richard W. Murphy stated that "The U.S.-Iraqi relationship is %u2026 important to our long-term political and economic objectives."

"We believe that economic sanctions will be useless or counterproductive to influence the Iraqis," the Post quoted the memo as saying."

The transfers came in the 1980s, when the United States backed Iraq in its war against Iran."

1. We know Iraq was sent samples of anthrax, it was under the guise of medical research, as was thier samples for many other materials that has both medical and weapons potential. But it does not matter, because there is "NO" evidence that these were delivered with any "INTENT" to progress any Weapons programs.

2. The dominant weapons programs were being instituted before the Reagan administration existed, by Germany, France, Italy, and many other EU nations. You can not blame the Rumsfeld or Reagan for programs that already existed, before they got there.

Simply put, your entire supposition is based on allegations that are not factualy true, making your entire post a representation of politicized propoganda.

It is, effectively, nothing more than a lie.

lars is quite funny. Here is one of his quotes:
"War has been declared on Christians, Jews, non-Muslims and secularists worldwide by Islamic extremists...simply because we are infidels according to their belief. "
I always thought war was an armed conflict between two states,
Posted by SharnCedar

If you research what lars is telling us, you would find that he is essentially, and factually, correct.

Then, check your facts, 2 states? Cmon, reality shines you on in that dark corner of ignorance....almost every nation in the world was involved in WWII, in one way or another. That is a pretty lame statement.

"[The] Iraqi bioweapons program that President Bush wants to eradicate got its start with help from Uncle Sam two decades ago, according to government records that are getting new scrutiny in light of the discussion of war against Iraq.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention sent samples directly to several Iraqi sites that U.N. weapons inspectors determined were part of Saddam Hussein%u2019s biological weapons program, CDC and congressional records from the early 1990s show. Iraq had ordered the samples, saying it needed them for legitimate medical research.

The CDC and a biological-sample company, the American Type Culture Collection, sent strains of all the germs Iraq used to make weapons, including anthrax, the bacteria that make botulinum toxin, and the germs that cause gas gangrene, the records show. Iraq also got samples of other deadly pathogens, including West Nile virus.

The transfers came in the 1980s, when the United States backed Iraq in its war against Iran."
