Senate Committee Demands Documents On President Bush's No-Warrant Eavesdropping Program
- What really amazes me, and is going to amaze everybody else too in years to come, is how much there was that wasn't watched. That didn't need to be.. Thats whats so bad about everything. People in general are good people, any where you go. And what camera has managed to do is make a few extremists famous, and heroes.

- Ya see, bin laden did far more damaage than the WTC, or the war in Afghanistan, or the war in Iraq. He suddenly made us all aware of our own weaknesses. Weaknesses that ironically weren't weaknesses at all. But became them thru the flimsy argument.
He paparazzied us. And fame isn't for everybody.. - Reply to this comment
- "Does anyone really beleive anything will come of this? HalliCheney and georgie beleive they are above the law. But the worst part is, it, ( the monitoring) is a good idea in the name of national security. Too bad we can't trust the government to not abuse it."
Well, actually the monitoring is a terrible idea, for more than one reason. Manufactured evidence is now a mere matter of video tampering. And also, the camera has an ill-effect on the constituency. Making feel infamous, and even glamorous.
Hubris is a touchy subject. Best handled with extreme care, and oversight. - Reply to this comment
- Too little, too late, by the time this gains any kind of momentum the next administration will be swearing in. The U.S. Government is notoriously slow with its fill out a form factory approach to everything. The Dems should have started this process when they came to power, and as you can see they are just as slow! They can't even get rid of AG Gonzo so how do they plan of having any success going after the big dogs! Besides Cheney is his own government, he is not a part of the administration! LOL What is Cheney smoking? He must be kidding right? I think Cheney is raising loopholes to an art form!

- idiot snake, bush, should be fighting for peace in this world.
instead, he's the one making all the trouble.
bush has that arrogant, southern attitude towards life.
only force will suffice.
no diplomacy, no negotiation, no compromise, no tolerance...
that's why bush, like those other 2 dixie losers jefferson davis and johnson, will lose his war in iraq.
and they still love that creep, bush, in the south.
i hate the south.
i hate bush.
i hate phony christian snakes.

- Wow these folks are like roaches or snakes maybe.
Colin Powell and rumsfeld sure slithered into a hole awhile back didn't they.
Cheney pops his head out and hiss's everyonce in awhile.
Wow what a bunch of low lifes that "led" this country. And the funny thing is, how well they are brainwashed to thinking they are better than Clinton.
Wow. Abolish the republicans best friend...the electoral college. - Reply to this comment
