IT IS TIME TO DEFEAT FASCIST NAZI ISLAM ONCE AND FOR ALL%u2026

In 1786, Thomas Jefferson, then U.S. ambassador to France, and John Adams, then American Ambassador to Britain, met in London with Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja, the Dey%u2019s ambassador to Britain, in an attempt to negotiate a peace treaty based on Congress%u2019 vote of funding. To Congress, these two future presidents later reported the reasons for the Muslims%u2019 hostility towards America, a nation with which they had no previous contacts.

%u2026that it was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman (Muslim) who should be slain in Battle was sure to go to Paradise.

Sound familiar?

Thomas Jefferson and James Madison defeated the fascist nazi muslims 200 years ago
And again 100 years ago with Theodore Roosevelt
Tunisia in 1881 by France and Libya in 1911 by Italy. By then most of the Islamic world was under Christian domination. With the Ottoman Empire defeated in WW1, secularist Turkish rebels in 1923 overthrew the last Islamic Caliphate,

I thought Reagan was a horrible President when he doubled the National Debt.
But Dubya is even more despicable as Reagan. And with his tax policies Dubya's aim is to foist this horrible burden onto the poor and Middle Class and their children for many, many years into the future. What a couple of despicable characters voters have placed in power. People get the government they deserve.

Mr. Bush (W) and the republican legislature over the past 5 years are the worst ever for spending in the history of this country. So for Mr. Bush to suddenly decide (since the House is now Democratically controled and the Senate is 50/50) to veto spending on bills, other than his billions for an ill conceived Iraq war of course, is not only hypocricy in extreme but a down right obvious lie to blame it on the demorcrats and use the old cliche "tax and spend". Oh please that is soooo old! This debt increase is 100% the fault of republicans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And everybody knows it!

How ironic that the worse President in the history of the United States, who has bankrupted our future with his stupid war and tax cuts for the super-rich, increased the national debt by 54%, is now calling the Democratic Congress a "tax and spend" Congress! One thing about the "Weenie" is he knows NO SHAME!

This has to be one of the funniest stories that came out this weekend. For Bush to be critical of he so called "Tax and Spend" Democrats is utterly insane. I equate it to the Republicans side " Spend and Cut Taxes" plan. Remember *** Cheney's comment, " Our time is now and deficits do not matter, Regan proved that." The republicans want the same services, they just want someone else to pay for them or moreso, let their kids and grandkids pay for them.I do believe that G W Bush is totally 'IN DENIAL" and completely out of step with the majority of the American electorate. January 09 can not get here soon enough for me. If I have to suffer through another 4 years with a republican in the White House, then so be it. Anyone of these candidates and I mean anyone on either side would be better than what we have today.

Wouldn't be a boot to the head to wake up tomorrow and find an announcement that THERE IS A NEW PARTY CALLED the PEOPLE'S PARTY? To most Americans this would not be shattering news since both the Republicans and Democrats have done their part in declaring they are the ones mandated with the popular attributes to the most brains in the Universe. And MOST AMERICANS find this to be the most laughable consideration.

A new PARTY that would stand forthright with the TRUTH and require all media to print the TRUTH and all LEGISLATION TO REPRESENT THE TRUTH would attract the concerns of the concerned voters who believe now that both present parties are full expression of "slight of hand" politica. They pretty much do their thing according to when and how and how much of a thing they consider.

The PEOPLE'S PARTY may be a breath of real fresh air.

%u201CBush and the GOP's out of control borrowing will eventually come home to roost in the form of higher interest rates for everyone. When the federal government competes with individuals and business for money, the cost of borrowing goes up and the economy slows down in every sector.%u201D

--------

micma,

There%u2019s a far worse consequence to higher interest rates than just a slowing economy. The interest on the national debt also increases and when the interest rates rise, the annual interest payment will rise also.

The $406 billion spent on interest on the national debt in 2006 was more than the COMBINED cost for Dept of education, Dept of transportation, Veterans affairs, Dept of justice and judicial branch, core of engineers, environmental protection agency, NASA, and all international assistance programs (repeat: COMBINED).

If the interest rate (or the national debt) doubles, the amount of interest paid EVERY year will be at approximately $1 TRILLION, and that would be nearly two-thirds the amount of the present federal budget, including defense and health and human services.

If you want to put a chokehold on Bush apologists just ask them; "when do the republicans plan to start paying down the national debt?

War is the biggest expense a country has. This illegal invasion and continuing support of Iraq is KILLING US.

Bush will office with the federal budget a complete disaster and the succeeding president will have to straighten it out. Just like he or she will have to straighten out everything else. Bush cannot touch anything without making a mess of it.

Worse president in US history.

Bush is a moron, why isn't that plain as day to all. He's a giant liar both flat out and by omission, is he stupid (dohh) or just believes (knows) the public is, either way, he can't get out of office soon enough.
