For all you who are played the fool and divided by this Dem/Rep thing. The Clintons are right wing in so many ways as with the rest of the Dems who have been in power. Something worse took over the Republican party...sort of a multinational corporate hostile takeover. With dems or Reps, the middle class will continue to die. We are entering into a dark age. Bush calls it the new world order but it's really the old world order of 3rd world countries and the old countries of Europe. At least the same effect.

In Mexico we've heard for years how poor the people have it. This was our systems way of making us feel good. Most of us didn't have much exposure and knowledge of the ultra rich in Mexico. The big oil execs have wondered how the SOB Sadam could have a palace and they couldn't. So have many of the other elite. It's coming our way, it's just a matter of time.

uradufuss:

It's good to hear someone say, " I'm an American". Many individuals in this country align with their country of origin, never assimilating and becoming real Americans. However, polarization is impossible to avoid when you have 20-30 million illegals in the country, refusing to speak English, sucking the life out of the American economy, ignoring our laws, disrupting the healthcare delivery system, and then, like the Mexicans, protesting for rights they don't deserve while waving flags from another country.

I met a Jew who was born in Russia. I asked him, " So you're Russian?" "No", he said. I'm Jewish". "What are you doing in the US?" I asked him. "I used to live in Israel. I met my wife there so we moved to the US for a better life." "So now you're an American?" I asked. "No," he said, " I'm Jewish".

At least he spoke English, but I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I'm afraid that is what most immigrants feel about being here. They"re only "visiting" until they are ready to go "home".

New rule: Presidential candidates can't have any investment in oil. Good for Hilary.

So, you're sick of freedom of speech, in other words.

"This is NOT like Cheney because unlike him, they are actually divesting. Cheney still holds stock in Haliburton."

If I remember correctly, Bill Clinton awarded all kinds of contracts to Halliburton while in office. In one case, another company actually outbid Halliburton and won a contract (in 1997). Clinton overrode the bid and awarded the contract to Halliburton anyway. But somehow Cheney's the suspicious one here?

Hoping to avoid any possible conflict of interest, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton and her husband, the former president, liquidated a blind trust valued at $5 million to $25 million in April after learning that it included such investments as oil and drug companies and military contractors, her presidential campaign confirmed.

"As a presidential candidate, Senator Clinton was required to make her assets public. As a result, she had to dissolve her blind trust,"
Those investments included several pharmaceutical companies, including Abbott Labs, Amgen, Genentech, Novartis, Pfizer and Wyeth, with assets in each company ranging from $100,001 to $250,000, The New York Times reported in Friday editions. Other assets included BP Amoco, Chevron Corp., Exxon Mobil Corp., Raytheon and Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

Other presidential candidates have been adjusting their financial portfolios during the 2008 campaign. Democrats Barack Obama and John Edwards and Republicans Sam Brownback and Rudy Giuliani have taken steps to divest their personal finances of Sudan-related holdings out of concern for the genocide taking place in the Darfur region of Sudan.

SO LETS JUST LET ALL SEN/REP/BUSH/AND ALL IN THE GOVERNEMNT MAKE MILLIONS ON OUR MURDER TROOPS I THINK SOMEONE SHOULD FIND OUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY ALL HAVE MADE BECAUSE OF THIS ILLEIGAL WAR.

THAT SHOULD BE MADE PUPLIC TO ALL TO SEE THE SCUM

I'm tired of all of this talk about "republicans do this, and democrats do that." It's not that simple. We can thank people like Rush Dumbo for that, I guess. The fact is, I'm not a republican or a democrat --I am an American. And I am sick of these radio talk show hosts who spit into their microphones every day in an attempt to polarize the nation with their idiotic ramblings.

LISTEN EVERYONE ITS NOT 12 MILLION EVERYONE IN THE GOVERNEMNT HAS BEEN LIEING TO THE NUMBERS

THEIR ARE OVER 5 MILLION OF THEM IN FLORIDA ALONE THIS GOVERNEMNT KNOWS THAT THERE IS ALMOST 30 TO 40 MILLION OF THEM.

AND ONCE THE BILL IS SIGN THERE GOES AMERICA AND THERE GOES SSN FOR ALL AMERICANS.

SO LETS GET TO THE CLINTONS I THINK THEY SHOULD GO BACK 5 YEARS PRIOR TO 2001 AND SEE WHAT IT WAS WORTH THEN..AND ANY GAINS FROM THIS ILLEIGAL WAR SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE TROOPS FUND TO HELP THEM..THATS THE BIG QUESTION..HOW MANY MILLIONS HAVE BEEN MADE BECAUSE OF THIS ILLEIGAL OCCUPATION HOW MUCH MONEY HAVE THEY MADE ON THE BLOOD OF OUR TROOPS.

SHE SHOULD BE AND ANYONE ELSE THAT HAS MADE THERE MILLIONS ON THE MURDERS OF OUR TROOPS AND ALL THE 50000 OF THEM MAINED.

Democrats are like dogs. If they do something wrong, they turn, tuck their tale, admit their wrong and correct the mistake.

Republicans are like cats. If they do something wrong they turn around and look at you like you did it.

I like dogs that eat cats.

katg,

Democrats don't worship politicains. It's the Republicans who have to name everything after Reagan.

mike71067,
This is NOT like Cheney because unlike him, they are actually divesting. Cheney still holds stock in Haliburton. It's just kept in some sort of trust that he can get back after he's out of office.
He'll make huge profit off of this illegal war that he urged to start and NOT be held accountable.

It looks like we have another Cheney on our hands if she's elected. I was going to say the difference is the gender, but I'm not completely sure.
