The Clintins are known for lying their way across politics. They make it an art. So for anyone to ask her about faith is a joke only because it's a ploy to attract the religious base in this country. People can see right through her. The topic, of course, is always controversial and will remain controversial till the end of time for the endless distortions that is attributed to it. It is a topic that naturally lends itself to First Amendment debates and commentaries. In the end, Hillary has no more answered the question of faith as she has anything else. I take my faith very seriously and very personally," she said. "And I come from a tradition that is perhaps a little too suspicious of people who wear their faith on their sleeves." See, nothing. - Reply to this comment
- Reading all the posts on Hillary and the question posed to her, which I thought was way out of line, and what did it accomplish absolutely nothing . People have said for years what is she thinking and why is she still with him. That is what the question was all about, getting to that question it had nothing to do with the evening faith based subject . Why did they not ask a man that question. The people who dislike her didn't believe her even though this christian heart says JUDGE YE NOT is that not one of your scriptures you pure hearts. The rest who was embarrased for her said forgive them father they know not what they do. She is a woman and how dare she tread in a mans world, Right? Well men have had the lead in running this country for 200 years and look where we are why not try a new approach.Quit judging and listen, if you like vote for her if you don't DON'T vote for her just quit judging from your political belief and calling it Christian.

- Accordingly to our constitituion, our liberties are all based upon the belief that our Creator has endowed us with certain inalienable rights and that the only legitimate purpose of government is to secure those God-given inalienable rights. Our nation was founded upon the belief that all individuals and nations must publicly acknowledge their dependence upon God for their liberties, lives, security and prosperity. Somehow, I doubt we will end up as the most free and prosperous nation the world has ever seen. Without our religious foundations, we have no freedoms and no inalienable rights. We become the victims of arbitrary rule by arbitrary, constantly changing rules - the very definition of tyranny.

Actually it wasn't Congress, it was the Supreme Court. However, Congress has the power to correct their flaws. - Reply to this comment
- Liberals only quote PART of the first amendment that deals with religion. Liberals conveniently leave off the part of the sentence that follows the comma.
HERE IT IS IN ITS ENTIRETY:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, OR prohibiting the free exercise thereof"
Hmmmmm
Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise thereof
.
Therefore, Congress passing laws prohibiting prayer in school or manger scenes is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
