I will answer that as a liberal who has served in the military. Is the War on Terror completely soldiered by Bush-loving Republicans? Not by a long shot.
Those soldiers dying over in that middle eastern country are Democrats and Republicans alike, as well as many who place no value on picking political sides. And many of those Soldiers serve their country above and beyond the politics of the current butt sitting in a fancy chair in WA. We serve the country out of love.
Many caskets are flown home to blue state families as well as red state families. Perhaps their sacrifice isn't worth so much since they are liberals.
How often does a Bush supporter accuse someone of being unpatriotic for not supporting Bush, how often does a Bush supporter accuse someone of hating America for not supporting Bush, how often does a Bush supporter say someone doesn't support the troops if they don't support Bush.
I love America, I support the troops, I am proud Vet and Democrat, and I CANNOT stand Bush!
What sacrifices has Bush made for this country, but I guess that is a question only thrown at Democrats. - Reply to this comment

Well, the "terrorists" weren't in Iraq, and as most of them see it, they are fighting an invader and an occupier.
Only a very small percentage of the insurgents are actually al-Qaeda, so your argument isn't very accurate.
And if you believe in it so much, then why aren't you in Iraq fighting? Why are you allowing others to sacrifice their lives fighting for your ideals?
