wfbdem.. to begin..ohyeah pretty brave there mr wfbdem..how about showing your bravery and start with a real name instead of your "I am a brave liberal" cyber name.

I am already paying up the patootie on those lovable liberal projects..gotta love those liberal california politicians.

you might want to recheck your "poor troops' argument. american troops are being taken cared of..not unless palosi is on her warpath again.

AND YOU SHOULD HAD STAYED IN SCHOOL INSTEAD OF SMOKING YOUR DOPE..then perhaps then you might pay enough taxes to really whine about paying taxes.

but then again, you dont want to hear that because it is easier to whine than accept sacrifice.

Sure and where is your part of the sacrifice, may I ask?

Sitting pretty at home, while others have to fight and die for you and your lies.

If you believe in sacrifice, put your money where your mouth is, go and volunteer to fight in Iraq or send your kids there.

The neocons are always talking about sacrifice, but where're their sacrifices?

Daddy and Mommy living it up in DC and Crawford, the twins partying into the night, and Uncle Cheney laughing all the way to the bank.

What kind of sacrifice is that?

When the neocons talk about sacrifice, it's always somebody else's sacrifices.

Valerie Plame worked "undercover" for a business that WAS a front for CIA workers trying to protect each of our lies.

That business can no longer function effectively to protect our lives.

ANYONE who thinks it was okay to out her is a traitor who has put all our lives at risk.

The only reason to defend her outing is an attempt to save face for the Bushies. Manson's, Koresh's and Hitlers followers all attempted to exonerate their evil leaders, just like the Bushies.

***If you actually STILL believe that the war in Iraq has LOWERED our chances of being targeted by another major terrorist attack, you're an idiot. I doubt any amount of logic will help you.

Sacrifice? What sacrifice? You want real sacrifice, raise taxes to pay for the troops, the medical treatment needed. Repeal the disgusting tax breaks for the top 2%. Keep the estate tax, which only affects iheritence over $5 million.
Not a single neocon wants to make a real sacrifice if it means raising taxes to help our troops.
Only ones making a sacrifice are the troops & their families. Rotten medical service, no protection, clueless and incompentent leadership with the only exit strategy being "Let the next president deal with it".
Cowards like this tick me off. They whine "Freedom isn't free!" and and complain about people not accepting the sacrifices needed, but when it comes down to them make a sacrifce, to pony up the money, to do something other than slap a freakin' magnetic sticker that cost them $1.29 on their monster SUV, they run and hide.
Sickening....

jer11..OJ raped your arse and laughed as he slapped it on the way out..

making sure that terrorists does not get the chance to park a bomb in front of your house AND you having gas when you need it IS what killed those brave people.

but then again, you dont want to hear that because it is easier to whine than accept sacrifice.

OJ "walked" on a case 1000x stronger than this one...!

Posted by badaxmofo at 03:42 PM : Jun 05, 2007

I beg to disagree.

OJ killed 2 people.

So far this adminstration has caused the deaths of 3500 American troops, and maimed tens of thousands others.

No comparison there.

the Dems need to get proactive and write legislation specifically for this case. It should say this crime was so serious that if the appeal fails a Pesidential pardon will not be allowed unless Libby is willing to provide evidence against someone higher up in the White House. Some one must do time for this crime.

Why shouldn't Plame make some money off a book? Tha administration brought down the network so that we longer have our primary operational WMD surveillance network and she's lost her career.

The same folks who want us to remain shooting ducks in Iraq and launch strikes against Iran think it's no big deal to effectively hand nukes to our enemies to use against us here.

How will outing the CIA anti-WMD network make us safe?

Not only was Plame not covert, her and her husband joe wilson were on there own anti-bush mission. When all the truth comes out both Plame and wilson will be the ones in trouble. I also read where Plame just signed a multi million dollar book deal. Too bad for poor valerie, what bunch of crappp! What a tremendous waist of time and taxpayers money!

Outing Plame should show everyone in the military how much support you can expect from this Administration. Plame was covert and because she was exposed - everyone she came in contact with overseas who may have helped the US was exposed.

Anyone want to donate to the kneepads and lube for Libby fund. This is the best day this country has seen in a while. Hopefully that walking heartattack Cheney is next.

Yes, Plame was covert. Open your eyes, and read a little - how about what the CIA said:
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/05/29/politics/animal/main2865777.shtml?source=search_story
"While assigned to CPD, Ms. Wilson engaged in temporary duty (TDY) travel overseas on official business. She traveled at least seven times to more than ten countries. When traveling overseas, Ms. Wilson always traveled under a cover identity %u2014 sometimes in true name and sometimes in alias %u2014 but always using cover %u2014 whether official or non-official cover (NOC) %u2014 with no ostensible relationship to the CIA.

At the time of the initial unauthorized disclosure in the media of Ms. Wilson's employment relationship with the CIA on 14 July 2003, Ms. Wilson was a covert employee for whom the CIA was taking affirmative measures to conceal her intelligence relationship to the United States."

"After the Novak column was published and Plame's identity was widely reported in the media, and according to the document, "the CIA lifted Ms Wilson's cover" and then "rolled back her cover" effective to the date of the leak.

The CIA determined, "that the public interest in allowing the criminal prosecution to proceed outweighed the damage to national security that might reasonably be expected from the official disclosure of Ms. Wilson's employment and cover status."

notblue,

Outting a CIA agent is NOT a bunch of garbage, it is a CRIME! Maybe Scooter Libby is a scape goat, and others are also guilty, but that dosn't mean he is inocent. CBS had nothing to do with him being found guitly.. that happend in a court of law!

The only bunch of garbage around here is from you right wing neo-con nut jobs!

What hero little scooter is - who would've thought the little guy would serve his country with such distinction!

Will he get a Presidential Citation? Like Tenent?

I hope so - he's made our country so safe - and the world so free......

Moszel Tov Scoot !

The truth is out. The CIA asked for Joe WIlson to go, not Plame. But of it makes you feel better to denigrate an offcier of the CIA who served her country just to prop up Bush, knock yourself out.

Don't worry about taxpayers money, we got plenty of that.

That's why we're spending 2.5 BILLION A WEEK American taxpayers money to keep the Iraq war going, so Hallibuton can go on making their billions in windfall profits.

marcodele, your sense of humor is so right. My side hurts from laughing...conjugal visits from Cheney.....hoooot!

:)

Libby is a fall guy, but not an unintelligent one. Folks in the White House don't get there by being stupid.

So if Libby isn't stupid, might one ask why people are willing to go to prison for Bush, for the GOP?

And is anyone else a bit nervous that our country is being run by A LOT of people who can't remember squat?
