Don't see how that can be. He still hasn't released the ones that count.

You are misinformed, Infidel. Kerry waived privacy restrictions and authorized the release of his full military and medical records over two years ago on May 20, 2005. Official US Navy records confirmed his version of events and contained praise for Kerry's service. For example, the documents quote Kerry's former commanding officers as saying he is ''one of the finest young officers with whom I have served;" is ''the acknowledged leader of his peer group;" and is ''highly recommended for promotion."
You should be ashamed bearing false witness against a war hero and the US Navy. - Reply to this comment
- Whatever happened to the DEMOCRAT party concept of:
"Ask NOT what your country can do for you, but rather what YOU can do for your country"
Sounds like Hillary is plagarizing "the communist manifesto"

- Hey, lets send Romney a pair of FLIP-FLOPS...Romney will say anything...a Swift Boat puppet..first he is pro-choice, then, not...then he is pro-gay, then, not. All Romney can do is slag the democrats, because he has nothing else to prove or even think for himself...pandering to the religious right doesn't pay your bills...I wouldn't be suprised if Romney sells our ports to Kuwait/Dubai and kisses butts with the Chinese...he's a woss.

- By the way, Ted Kennedy was the the Army from 1951-53.
Posted by motherjones at 12:50 PM : Jun 01, 2007
Kennedy earned C grades at the private Milton Academy, but was admitted to Harvard as a "legacy" -- his father and older brothers had attended there, so the younger and dimmer Kennedy's admission was virtually assured. While attending, he was expelled twice, once for cheating on a test, and once for paying a classmate to cheat for him. While expelled, Kennedy enlisted in the Army, but mistakenly signed up for four years instead of two. His father, Joseph P. Kennedy, former U.S. Ambassador to England, pulled the necessary strings to have his enlistment shortened to two years, and to ensure that he served in Europe, not Korea, where a war was raging. Kennedy was assigned to Paris, never advanced beyond the rank of Private, and returned to Harvard upon being discharged.
Please....Kennedy didn't SERVE. He existed. Nice try. - Reply to this comment
- It's all about making an informed decision come election time - it might do you some good too if you take the time to hear some of the pitches going on, you might learn a thing or two.

If you spent half as much energy trying to better yourself instead of whining, you'd be a lot better off. What's YOUR plan? Are you for the Hillary "income redistribution" plan? Will that make you feel better?
Go back and read about the colonists off the Mayflower and what happened when they tried the "we're all in this together" method of socialist commune living - the Hillary method. - Reply to this comment
- Clinton, Obama, Frank, Kennedy (Teddy), and just about ALL the dems you can name.

Do you know the definition a a chickenhawk?
Chickenhawk n. A person enthusiastic about war, provided someone else fights it; particularly when that enthusiasm is undimmed by personal experience with war; most emphatically when that lack of experience came in spite of ample opportunity in that person%u2019s youth. Prime examples include but are not limited to:
George W. Bush
*** Cheney
Karl Rove
Paul Wolfowitz
Bill Bennett
Mitt Romney
Fred Thompson
Rudi Guilani
Rush Limbaugh
Bill O'Reilly
Bill Kristol
I can think of many Democrats who served, but very few repukes except for McCain and Hagel.

- I am a true conservative and I'm undecided as to who I will support. I will most likely be the way it allways is in American politics. We'll all vote for what we see as the lesser of two evils.
Who do you support?

Excuse me for thinking you were a leftist. Who am I supporting? I don't have a clue. For the first time in my voting life, I don't like any of them to date, and I mean both parties. I'm a conservative also, but may go independent. - Reply to this comment

Romney has flip-floped on every major issue in his campaign.
He has no principles only ambition.
He knew he had to re-package himself to rally the extreme right wingnut base of the GOP so that's exactly what he did.
He is all ambition and no soul.

Who are you supporting in 08 micma? No lefties ever seem to want to talk about that. Interesting.

Don't see how that can be. He still hasn't released the ones that count. However, I did see him lie before congress and throw his (or somebody's) ribbons over the White House fence.
Whatever he did during the way, those acts alone NEGATE any service of his. He's a MA LOSER! Personally, I wish he'd get in the race.....just so I could see more Swiftboat commercials. - Reply to this comment

- Flip-flop Romney is absolutely not to be trusted on anything. If he gets in, he will represent the same monied interests as Bush because he will be beholden to them for getting him into power. I, for one, am sick of the Republican smears that Democrats are commies, etc. It's a a big lie designed to obscure the real issues! All the conservatives do when they get into power is shower perks on their rich cronies, pass laws favorable to the oil interests, big pharma, and to the banking industry while at the same undermining our FDA, EPA, and other governmental agencies put in place for the protection of Americans. I am sick of their pandering to religious right against stem cell research.
Talk about big government...Bush has increased government surveillance of citizens and assaulted basic moral values by condoning torture and other reprehensible methods which in reality do not even work. Plus we now have a staggering deficit with his Iraq debacle. Under this Republican Administration and the old Republican-dominated Congress, the rich have gotten richer while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet!!! - Reply to this comment

If you say Kerry lied, then the US Navy lied, too. Navy records confrim Kerry's version of his service. By the way, where was bush when he was supposed to be in Alabama in the National Guard? Veteran's groups have offered hefty awards to anyone who can prove they served with bush in Alabama. No one has ever come forward to claim the prize? Why di you suppose this is?
