Schumer And Feinstein Say Attorney General Has Been Too Weakened To Do His Job
- It has been said that people eventually get the government they deserve, but nobody deserves this gang of looters. Certainly not the kids dying in Iraq.
The nation must take a long hard look at itself and try to figure out where things went so wrong and how to repair it.
Here's a suggestion...VIGOROUSLY PROSECUTE ALL MEMBERS OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY AS MEMBERS OF AN ONGOING CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE! - Reply to this comment
- Having vowed to leave the United States if that draft-dodging moron Bush was elected President, I now live in Europe, although technically, I didn't have to,as he wasn't elected, just appointed by a partisan Supreme Court.
As things stand now, six sleaze-filled years later, I know that it was the best thing I could have done for myself, if a bit cowardly.
This useless, elitist, chronic failure, far more than being the worst president in the country's history, has bankrupted the nation with his contrived war (oil deal) trashed the constitution ("just a ********* piece of paper")dismantled 30 years of environmental legislation and made America the most reviled nation on the planet when we used to be the most admired.
Unlike Bush/Cheney, I fought & bled for my country, and am appalled that they just keep getting away with their treason. They are criminals, true, but not very clever ones. It should be obvious to all what they are, yet the people do nothing. - Reply to this comment
- notblue the Dems in less than 5 months have done more than the Republican congress did in 12 years they completed a budget. That is something that we have not seen sence 1994 when the Dems left. I once though the contract on America going to make a difference but then I realized it was on America not with America. So I will support this congress they should get the same amount of time we gave those loser for the last 12 years.
By the way nothing except for a little *** was found on Clinton. The Dems are doing everything not to get rid of the President and the Vice President. They are trying to work with him but like everything he does it is either his way or no way. His time is coming just like the rest.
One other thing the people who broke the Geneva convention rules are only protected in the US. Once outside they can be carted off and tried. Too bad for them hope they enjoy their prison. - Reply to this comment
- The anti-republican democrats and there ongoing "fishing expeditions" that accomplish nothing but waste taxpayers time. There constant critisism in the name of politics will not deflect the fact that they have accomplished nothing since taking the majority. And as far as "confidence" goes they better take a hard look at there own approval ratings, lowest of any majority in history, 25%. It's time for the Dems to actually do something or 08 will not be a year for them.

"Asked twice during a news conference Thursday if he personally ordered Gonzales and then-White House chief of staff Andrew Card to Ashcroft's hospital room, Mr. Bush refused to answer."
