One last time, especially for RandalDS. I am not racist, I am far more concerned with who the non-mexican illegal aliens are. Like TERRORISTS that will have protection under this BILL. PLEASE WRITE EVERY SENATOR & CONGRESSPERSON TO STOP THIS BILL. They will not notice your comments on this site, it is really easy to send an e-mail to them. Here is the link:

I would also like to know why this "Immigration Deal" has no provision to deal with income tax evasion.
Legal U.S. citizens and legal immigrants are subject to penalites for income tax evasion, if illegal aliens get the "rights" they are demanding, why shouldn't they they have the right to the very same penalties which citizens are subject to?
Every illegal alien who applies for legal status under any such "Immigration Deal" should be fined, and penalized accordingly for working in the U.S.A. illegally, for cash (income tax evasion), or by use of a stolen social security number (a FELONY, for which they can be fined $250,000.00, and put in federal prison for 25 years), if they have not been using a ITIN number. Let any who apply for legalization and use records showing they worked illegally and evaded U.S. taxes, be fined and jailed accordingly (just as U.S. citizens are when they commit the same crimes), before they are granted legal status.

Tax Evasion is generally defined as any act designed to defraud the IRS.
There is no time limit on when the IRS can audit you.

Punishments for tax evasion can be harsh, including:

Fines as much as $250,000 for individuals.
A 75% civil penalty
Criminal charges, including imprisonment of up to 3 years.

Oh yes, I can envision all of these ILLEGAL immigrants standing in line right now with $5,000 cash in one hand and an English book in the other.

And think some people think rounding up 12 million people to deport would be hard. Imagine collecting $60,000,000,000 from those same people.

I would really like to know why this proposal has no stipulation of penalty for failure of illegal aliens to register with the United States Selective Services (draft). Every single illegal alien male, who applies for legal status should be fined and penalized accordingly for failure to register for the U.S. draft if he, at any time, lived in the USA illegally, and that fine and penalty should be in addition to any other fines and penalties imposed.
If illegal aliens want "rights" then they should have the right to comply with the very same laws legal immigrants and legal U.S. citizens comply with, and illegal aliens should have the right to be subjected to exactly the same punishments for violating any and all laws.

Here is the existing law regarding United States Selective Services:

"All male U.S. citizens, and male ILLEGAL aliens living in the U.S., who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service.

CONSEQUENCES FOR NOT REGISTERING
The maximum penalty for failing to register with Selective Service is a $250,000 fine and up to five years in prison. Failure to register will cause ineligibility for a number of federal and state benefits including:

The obligation of a man to register is imposed by the Military Selective Service Act. The Act establishes and governs the operations of the Selective Service System."

Capital must protect itself in every way, through combination and through legislation. Debts must be collected and loans and mortgages foreclosed as soon as possible. When through a process of law the common people lost their homes, they will be more tractable and more easily governed by the strong arm of the law, applied by the central power of wealth, under control of leading financiers. People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. This is well known among our principal men now engaged in forming an imperialism of capital to govern the world. By dividing the people we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us except as teachers of the common herd. Thus, by discreeut action we can secure for ourselves what has been generally planned and successfully accomplished.

Aver - afraid that is what our "deciders" DONT want.... United citizens. United is OUT - DIVIDED is in, that is what the decider decided.
It's a "new world order". Leaving middle class gringo's somewhere between what they had a decade ago and what the worlds poorest have- like somolia and mexico's workshops.

RandalDS the browning of america is not just happening in America, it is happening in every white nation in the world. The left wing are also pushing it here in OZ. One of our ex left winged politicians said that they liked the idea of a coffee coloured Australia...
Everyone, Randal is right, the problem should have been stopped in the beginning, nor after 14 million illegals had snuck over the borders.. for goodness sake what has been wrong with your governments, they are criminals for goodness sake, but now that they are there, as Randal said, as soon as there is a bit of spilt blood all the dooo gooders would be out in force and the people will want to give into them..or the media will just show a few terrible cases and it will all be over.. I am disgusted that it has been allowed to get to even 600 illegals in the country, but as Randal said, it is now tooo late, and tooo many of them.. your country has gone..

The US is an ever hanging country. It may not be the America we know today.Border patrol officers are already afraid to enforce the laws we have in place now.Due to the unfair imprisonment of some of it's officers who were doing their jobs.I don't know what else we can do to make borders stronger when we don't even support the authority to enforce it.I understand America offers hope to oppressed people of other countries, but I believe that if you want what America offers, you have to also take what comes with it; an allegence to the laws we live under and what it means to be a proud American. It doesn't mean your culture is stripped from you but that this is now the new culture you're professing you want to be a part of.You must support the good and the bad of it.America is not perfect but it is obviously a much better system than the one immigrants are living under. That's why they want to come here. It's why we wanted to come here.We became United. We agreed on the way we wanted it to run and how we wanted to live.America relys on the loyalty of it's citizens to support it and that's what makes us the great nation that we are.If you want to live here, then you must not try to undermine the government or force your culture on it.It is a melting pot but we must remain united.I sometimes feel that America's destruction will come from within because of all the diversity. We can't split the country up and expect to survive as we do today....United!

It is the beginning of the end for the great American Empire...

Look over history... Babylonians, Macedonians, Parthian, Romans, Bulgarian, Mongol, British, French, Soviet Union... and so many more...

It just goes to show the nothing last for ever...

Look at the future the two immerging supper powers that have already started to take the stage as being the two biggest powers in the world (even over that of the US)... China and the Eurosphere....

Funny how these places don%u2019t have the same problems as the US

CBS is also trying to sway public opinion by cowering in a one-sided manner to this legislation's benefits with it's upcoming story on the brain surgeon. Fair journalism requires both the positive and negative aspects be presented so the public may make a decision on what's in the best interest of America.

As I view this man's efforts in having the fortitude and drive to better himself in our great country in a positive manner, this brain surgeon's story will be an overly extreme rarity pitted against the reality of how 99.99% of illegal immigrants will actually end up living here. CBS, how about a story showing the reverse side of ILLEGAL immigration's impact on America??

Americans are the ones who will NEED brain surgery if this legislation results in allowing lawbreakers to have amnesty in exchange for the FANTASY of them showing up at the Visa-R-Us office to pay their $5,000 fine and reading a *** and Jane story in English...

The "melting pot" will boil over and burn every single american. Let the hate begin?

This shift, according to social historians, demographers and others studying the trends, will severely test the premise of the fabled melting pot, the idea, so central to national identity, that this country can transform people of every color and background into "one America."

Just as possible, they say, is that the nation will continue to fracture into many separate, disconnected communities with no shared sense of commonality or purpose. Or perhaps it will evolve into something in between, a pluralistic society that will hold on to some core ideas about citizenship and capitalism, but with little meaningful interaction among groups.

The demographic changes raise other questions about political and economic power. Will that power, now held disproportionately by whites, be shared in the new America? What will happen when Hispanics overtake blacks as the nation's single largest minority?

"I do not think that most Americans really understand the historic changes happening before their very eyes," said Peter Salins, an immigration scholar who is provost of the State Universities of New York. "What are we going to become? Who are we? How do the newcomers fit in %u2013 and how do the natives handle it %u2013 this is the great unknown."

While these massive budget deficits cannot be attributed to any single source, the enormous impact of large-scale illegal immigration cannot be ignored. The total K-12 school expenditure for illegal immigrants costs the states nearly $12 billion annually, and when the children born here to illegal aliens are added, the costs more than double to $28.6 billion.1

This enormous expenditure of the taxpayers%u2019 hard-earned contributions does not, however, represent the total costs. Special programs for non-English speakers are an additional fiscal burden as well as a hindrance to the overall learning environment. A recent study found that dual language programs represent an additional expense of $290 to $879 per pupil depending on the size of the class.2 In addition, because these children of illegal aliens come from families that are most often living in poverty, there is also a major expenditure for them on supplemental feeding programs in the schools. Those ancillary expenditures have not been included in the calculations in this report.

The data presented here provide yet one more illustration of the costs of turning a blind eye to illegal immigration and should provide further impetus for states to demand that the federal government finally take effective and decisive action to restore integrity to our nation's immigration laws.3

How sad they have lost their souls.
Type in "illuminati" and "new world order" -
then advance search these "donators".....
How can we call ourselves "America" when we seemingly have corporate capitalist running this country. All in the name of "world government".

What is MALDEF's goal? According to Mario Obeldo, former head of MALDEF, ''California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who does not like it should leave.'' In 1998, Obledo was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Clinton.

MALDEF obtains the funding to support its activities primarily from corporations in particular AT&T and IBM, and philanthropic foundations. For the period 1991-1995, the total amount of ''gifts, grants and contributions'' to MALDEF was over $17 million. Between 1996 and 1998, MALDEF received over nine million dollars from just three foundations the vast majority, over six million dollars from the ford foundation, $1,200,000 from Carnegie Corporation, and another $1,525,000 from the Rockefeller Foundation.

For the two-year period, 1995-1996, MALDEF paid a total of $720,992 in ''compensation of officers, directors, etc..'' But paid $4,021,363 in ''other salaries and wages.''

Is America really that stupid to believe this is any form of a reality?

Once again, I hang my head in total shame at the leadership of my country as a LEGAL citizen...
