With his veto -

it's really now -

The Bush War.

Congress should send him up the same bill, again and again.

The fact is that Congress, some knowingly and some unknowingly, voted to give the President a blank check to carry out the war on terror - and like halfwits, also gave him no operational boundaries; instead, they let him loose on the world like the unguided missile that he is.

Whither he goes, we must clean up after.

But Congress IS responsible for funding the President's activities. To that end, the Democrats' next bill not only should not have timelines, but it should also contain a clearly defined means to fund the war.

I would suggest a look at the President's tax cuts. It is only appropriate that adjustments be made to them - and that some segments of America should perhaps even see an increase in their taxes - in order to erase the debt this war has already placed upon America's shoulders, fund it going forward, and also to ensure that the casualties of this war can be taken care of far into the future.

Any such tax increase might include language stating the imperative of supporting the President's actions in Iraq and elsewhere in order to avoid placing our troops and our goals in jeopardy, and note that our means to finance the President's wars must remain in place at least as long as we are indeed fighting those wars.

No pork and no politically abrasive language. The money to fight the President's wars and the means of getting that money into the U.S. Treasury, and that is it.

C'mon George, give it up already. My dog's name is Daisy. When daisy jumps on the furniture, she will be disciplined, usually a swat with the newspaper. After several swats, she realizes not to jump on the furniture. You George make the same mistakes over and over again. Maybe Laura needs to start swatting you. It's obvious my dog is smarter than you George. DAISY FOR PRESIDENT!!! She can't do any worse than you George.

There is no end to this as long as shrub holds office. He's holding this hot-potato until he can hand it off to the next poor sucker who gets crowned "it". He'll sit back on his fake Texas ranch and *** how he had it all going the right way until he was forced to leave office. We're whitnessing the acts of a little rich kid who smashes things knowing mommy and daddy will fix it. Gutless jerk! And you elected him "Merica"--shame on you!!!!

And think, we actually WANT to give Iraq a messier form of government then what they previously had? Unbelievable!!
And on that note--Good Night

But yes, lets keep blaming Bush and Cheney--that should be very helpful in finding a real solution for Iraq. I know it has greatly helped Congress.
