- "didntinhale doesn't seem like a criminal.
Just some guy who had too much to drink and decided to pull a prank.
I don't know how he got past the Publish Disable feature, though. He couldn't have just hit is that many times in quick succession.
That seems mighty fishy. "
Oh, my! It must be another cast right-wing conspiracy. You got proof of these accusations, just like you couldn't provide proof of your other accusations Iceman? - Reply to this comment
- Some of these right wingers seem to be really clueless and naive about the Internet.
There was this one guy -- this was NOT didntinhale, but another right winger on another forum -- who tried to prove a point by posting a link to what he claimed was a child pornography website.
I politely informed him that distributing child pornography links in an Internet newsgroup site could have landed him a 50 year stretch in the Pen.
He said it was OK, because he had used Google to find it. I then referred him to Google's Disclaimer.
Clueless and naive. - Reply to this comment

- Thanks, but I'm just astonished that the Moderator hasn't banned him...
...unless they took to heart my warning that he'll just come back under a different name.
So maybe a criminal investigation is underway. They do take weeks, months. What he did is clearly a crime. Malicious spamming like that is now punished by long prison terms, especially when hacking is involved [Publish button disable].

Yeah, I've sent them some rather strongly worded letters myself to no avail. I did go to the FBI website and they have a spot where you can report cyber crimes. You could go there and report it. Could help and couldn't hurt. Someone needs to inform didntinhale that perhaps it might have been better for him if he had inhaled. - Reply to this comment

- ===I can't believe there is anyone else here, critic or backer of Bush, who is so afraid of honest debate that he or she wants to see the whole Comments section filled with the same long post repeated hundreds of times.===
He doesn't care about debate. Like a troublemakler in school, he acts up just to be the center of attention. - Reply to this comment
- This won't be a contest. As long as Hillary can defeat Obama in the primary no Republican stands a chance against her. For 8 years Americans were mislead about Whitewater, Vince Foster, drug rings, Rape, etc. etc. etc., then took it to another level with WMD. People cannot and will not trust anything the Republican party says.

- didntinhale,
I bet a lot of people on all sides of the issue, don't appreciate what you did to the Comments section of "Senate Passes Iraq Withdrawal Bill."

- Thank goodness, didntinhale became an idiotic moron as usual!
My world is now balanced once again.
Did it ever occur to you, didntinhale, that you would get your point across more efficiently if you went minus the repetitive ramblings and elementary education level filth that you keep posting that so closely resembles the mindless keening that comes from the mouths of those that are locked up in solitary confinement?
Try educated tact for a change. Just a thought... - Reply to this comment
- "Well Im sure being CBS they sure think what I have to say is a crime" - didntinhale
Don't hide behind the First Amendment.
The crime was flooding the Comments section and stopping the discussion, by (obviously) hacking past the Publish Disable feature.

- "In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program.
He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members
It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."
- Sen. Hillary Clinton (D, NY), Oct 10, 2002
She has changed her position on this war in front of every audience she has been PUT in front of. Give us someone who has the experience (she has none, being first lady and a senator for a few years does not make you the most qualified) and a consistent position to fight this war...McCain, Richardson, Biden come to mind...Obama is a true talent and smarter than maybe the rest of the pack - could be good VP, Edwards should just go away, he has NO experience - he campaigned for 80% of his only 6 years in public office, and has no credibility as he just adopted the MoveOn.org positions in the last few months to try to outflank the front-runners on the left. Dem or Republican, I want experience, qualifications, and someone who can win a landslide to reunify our polarized nation as much as we can...a Hillary or Edwards cannot do that, neither can a Republican who Jarry Falwell would endorse!! - Reply to this comment
- Criminal investigations do take weeks.
Especially Internet crimes.
The person I spoke with on the phone at CBS, agreed that a crime was committed when you hacked past that "PUBLISH Button disable" feature to flood the Comments section and stop the discussion. - Reply to this comment
- "Ice? Hows the Investigation coming along? Have the thought police made any headway? I get so frightened when you post those links."
All CBS would have to do is locate your IP and complain about you to your ISP.
Maybe they don't want to bother. Or maybe it just takes a few weeks.
What you did at "Senate Passes Iraq Withdrawal Bill" was no expression of freedom of speech. It was a blatant attempt to deny that to everybody else.
You may well get a chance to tell the Black Muslims in prison what a jerk you think Barack HUSSEIN Obama is.
It may just take a while. - Reply to this comment
- The GOPig Nazi Party, with its epicenter in the Confederate Southern States (ever wonder why white southerners talk like African Americans?) will soon be asked to get out of the USA and form its own country. The behavior of these Confederate losers is the same as all vendictive losers throughout history, of passing on hate from one generation to the next.

You're a liar.
You completely obliterated the Comments section of "Senate Passes Iraq Withdrawal Bill" with illegal "forum spam."

- "[Reagan] also brought down the Soviet Union but I guess you dont remember that."
He couldn't have.
He didn't send any troops.
It's going into the 5th year, and 130,000 troops are nowhere near bringing down the insurgency in a country miniscule in size compared to the Soviet Empire at that time.
Men like Sohlzhenitsyn (sp?) and Boris Yeltsin and Lech Walesa and many others brought it down, not Reagan. - Reply to this comment

- Why doesn't anyone remember the college and just past college "antics" of the Clintons? Also why doesn't anyone remember all of the times that poor Hillary lost her memory completely during different investigations. It seems to me that she may have a problem, perhaps some type of brain tumor or something, that makes her forget what she doesn't want to remember. I for one do not want someone like that leading MY country!
Posted by mlbrown626 at 08:13 PM : Apr 28, 2007
Maybe because "college antics" pale in comparison to 3300 lost American soldier lives, billions-if not trillions-of lost money spent on an illegal war, hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilans slaughtered, our country's pride and power in the eyes of the world smashed into the ground antics of the current President.
But, that's just me...
Even Presidents have private lives!! Even Presidents have private lives!!
