And to clariy, I don't think he should resign over the attorney incident, it is not a serious matter, the president can fire whoever he pleases for political reasons, its traditional and always has been.

But he should renounce his fraudulent American citizenship and go back to Mexico, and let one legal and decent Mexican immigrant to the US to take his place. I don't want to get rid of the Mexicans, I like them, I want to get rid of the criminals. We must relace one-for-one each criminal illegal with a law-abiding, law-respecting Latin American, someone who respected our country and laws enough to wait for the proper and legal immigration process. From such people we can build a great nation, from criminals we build nothing but chaos. That's the most dangerous part about the illegal invasion. We have taken the least law-abiding and law-respecting people from these countries, we got the natural criminals and scoff-laws, and left the good ciizens. What a recipe for self-destruction.

"Alberto Gonzales was born an American citizen in San Antonio, Texas. He's as much an American as anybody."

His parents were illegals. They did not admit that when submitting his birth certificate, therefore his birth certificate was fraudulently filed. This means there is a good argument that his citizenship, since it was obtained by fraudulent documents, is not legitimatr and can be revoked.

If he was any kind of patriot (American, not Mexican that is) he would put his skills towards catching immigration criminals such as himself, and framing the arguments for sending home all such fraudulent "citizens" also called anchor babies by the criminals who are perpetrating this fraud.

Just because a crime was committed all those years ago doesn't mean that "alberto" now can profit from his crime. His parents entered illegally, therefore he can never, ever be considered a legitimate citizen of the United States nor any of his descendents. We could allow new legal immigration from Mexico, I have no problem with that, but all those who have insulted our nation through criminal entry must be punished, to the end of their generations, as long as their spawn pisses against a wall.

"When I copy multiple link line fragments as a group and then paste them into the address box in another browser tab, my browser joins them all together so they work fine. Otherwise they can be joined up manually somewhere, like the search field, and then copied over.

Whatever works.

That's what I'm doing too, on the receiving end, with firefox, but I would be happy if I could make it easier for the people clicking on what I just posted. If there was a way to have CBS not splitting the link ....

I'm sorry, I WAS NOT ABLE TO RECALL WHAT I WAS ABOUT TO WRITE. I think I will delete myself. While I'm in the delete box, I will try to find all those lost e-mails.

A message to those few Neo-cons who are still hanging on:

"Leadership requires accountability and mistakes should have consequences. In this instance, the consequence should be the resignation of the attorney general."
Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK)

Enough said!

"Alberto Gonzales was born in San Antonio, Texas, and raised in Humble, near Houston. He was the second of eight children born to Pablos and Maria Gonzales. His father, who died in 1982, was a construction worker. In a television interview, Gonzales told Wolf Blitzer on CNN that no immigration documentation exists for three of his grandparents and they may have entered and resided in the United States illegally. [His grandparents, not him...]

An honors student at MacArthur High School in Houston, Gonzales enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1973, for a four year term of enlistment, serving two years at Fort Yukon, Alaska and two years as a cadet at the United States Air Force Academy. Prior to beginning his third year at the academy, which would have caused him to incur a further service obligation, he transferred to Rice University (Houston, Texas), where he was a member of Lovett College and earned a bachelor's degree in political science in 1979; he then earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Harvard Law School in 1982. He has been married twice: he and his first wife, Diane Clemens, divorced in 1985; he and his second wife, Rebecca Turner Gonzales, have three sons.

Gonzales is a Catholic, but prefers to keep a low profile about his religious affiliation."

He's as much an American as anybody.

He's not a Mexican.
