On one hand, I want impeachment now. My sense of justice is famished for it.

Strangely, though, I feel increasingly satiated by the slow--and I believe, deliberate--revelation of the rotten corruption that this administration continuously commits. While I don't believe any of them would ever acknowledge wrongdoing, I delight in seeing them try to outmaneuver their own contemptuous actions. It all comes out in the wash, and there's a whole lot of laundry left to do.

Bush needs a lot more Nifongs, Imuses, and Anna Nicoles to keep us off his arse for the next year and a half. Run, you ***!

Deleting an email only means that the mail program clears its records of where it had filed that e-mail in its own database.

The day after Carol Lam, U.S. attourney in San Diego, notified the Justice Department that her office would issue search warrants in an investigation involving Republican Rep. Jerry Lewis, (CA) a co-conspirator in the Duke Cunningham bribery scandal, Gonzales aid Kyle Sampson sent an email to the White House mentioning a "real problem" with Carol Lam and that she should be replaced sooner than later. She was soon fired.


In testimony before Congress, Samson said that "the problem" was with her lack of success on imigration cases. However, she was ranked as the third most successful prosecutor of immigration cases in the entire country. Her coviction rate on these cases was 100%. She also received a commendation from the director of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency for her performance on immigration cases.


Asked if Lam was notified of "the problem" before being abruptly fired, Samson said "uh......no".


Dan Dzwilewski, FBI special agent-in-charge in San Diego, said of Lam's dismissal, "I guarantee politics was involved." Dzwilewski was subsequently oredered to stop talking to the media.

Why include the Democrats? They didn't hid e-mails or do any of the rest of this. Some day we must make the Republican Party responsible for allowing Southern Fascist to take control of their party. Attacking Democrats is a very bad way of doing that.

Lost e-mail's, what a joke. Sure smells from Bush, Cheney and Rove stench. The last e-mail from Gonzalez to his whole staff probably read "delete the following 22 email's and then delete this one and then Format all of your hard drives and the network drives ... or else".

We have cases like the enron scandal that lost plenty of small investors (yes they want you to trust your retirement to them rather than ssi) -
Grandma millie is destroyed, its on tape, people committed suicide over their losses, lost homes,can't afford health care etc.... and NO ONE was held accountable. Yet - our PRIVATIZED jails are filled with Americans that have done a crime - but are minor in comparison and will spend years behind bars (very profitable to incarcerate these days) -

And we call this democracy?
