- Like was said already, Goodling is small potatoes.. The judiciary committee should grant her immunity and then have her testify..
When immunity is granted, the 5th cannot be used as an excuse to not answer.. So, she either plays ball or goes to jail for contempt of congress..

- This is the tip of the iceburg. The problem at Justice is known. What about "Mid-Night" appointmants. An ambassadorial appointment and one to the Social Security Addministration. Since the Republicans hate that new deal left over, they are doing all they can to "Bankrupt" it. The best way to do that is from the inside. - Folks, having been born and raised in the South I'm very fimular with this scum and know when they've been caught. Next will be the usual, I've sinned and been forgiven garbage, at which time the scum suckers, Robertson and Falwell, will start chanting about people picking on her because of her religion. Know this vile slime for a long long time and she's hiding something REAL bad. They did the EXACT same things when the FBI got hot on their butts for their terrorist acts during the 60's. I am sure plenty of Republicans in the private sector will be more than happy to take Ms. Goodling on--so she is not done for. republicans love to reward people who stop their party's potential criminal behavior from being discovered. - uhm.. yeah... her taking the 5th can in no way be interpreted to mean she's hiding anything or is guilty of any crime.. right? Uhm.. isn't the 5th normally used to prevent from testimony to incriminate them? If they did nothing wrong, then what's she worried about being incriminating? Did i miss something?
She's OBVIOUSLY guilty of something; but if she comes clean, she'll be better off. Right now, she done for.
