Civil Rights Leader Says Democratic Candidate For President Has His Vote
- "Jesse Jackson Endorses Barack Obama"...
...Kiss of death for Obama campaign. - Reply to this comment

What's a scarier image to a conservative than one trouble-making black man endorsing another? Obama is already suspect because of his color preference. Watch them exploit those knee-jerk lemmings out there that are like the ones that have jumped on the story here. - Reply to this comment
- "No, huskerarmy, my opinion of Jesse rests entirely on his hypocracy and behavior."
Sure it does.... I bet you see no such problems with Bush's hypocracy or behavior? And Obama is guilty by association... he's suspect because his middle name is Hussein... and he's not "presidential." Would someone please send me a copy of the code. - Reply to this comment

- "-Wow, I never would've guessed this in a million years."
Yet when a Limbaugh endorses a Bush... no such sarcasm? Of course if Jackson had thrown his support to some neo-nazi conservative, all you cracker conservatives would be hailing him for his new found obedience. - Reply to this comment
- Jesse Jackson is giving his support to a "new generation of black politicians". Doesn't that sound a bit like racism?

- There goes any credibility Barak may have had. There is absolutely no way I would support anyone that Jesse Jackson would approve of.

- Being endorsed by Jesse would be the kiss of death if he started acting like Jesse;that ain't gonna happen.
I care as much about Jackson endorsing Barack as I care about Vilsack endorsing Hillary-it don't matter in the big picture unless a quid pro quo becomes apparent. We all know Barack didn't need this endorsement as much as Jesse needed back into the spotlight.
Besides, I like Barack for a variety of reasons and the biggest is that he clearly scares the Neo-cons the most. If you listen to their corporate media talking heads you keep hearing how Hillary's the one(remember how Kerry was "electable" during the primaries?) and even Newt and Delay are gushing all over here. Methinks they're waiting for after she gets the nomination to launch the Swift Boats. But Barack, they're scared so they're launching the swift boats now(Osama,madrassas,etc.). They seem to not want him to get the nomination. Just a thought. - Reply to this comment
