Or is it possible that Bush already fired all of the ones who actually do their jobs in favor of politically connected, but hugely unqualified houseboys like Alberto?

Nope....probably a leftover dope smoking Clintonian appointee who isn't doing his/her job either.

Two years later, still no charges against William (Cold Cash) Jefferson (D-LA). Guess CBS isn't bummed about that.

Hey don't complain to CBS, complain to your local republican U.S. Attorney. Or is it possible that Bush already fired all of the ones who actually do their jobs in favor of politically connected, but hugely unqualified houseboys like Alberto?

Attorney General Alberto Gonzales

Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton, both already under siege for other matters, are now being accused of failing to prosecute officers of the Texas Youth Commission after a Texas Ranger investigation documented that guards and administrators were sexually abusing the institution's teenage boy inmates.

Among the charges in the Texas Ranger report were that administrators would rouse boys from their sleep for the purpose of conducting all-night *** parties.

The Texas Youth Comission controversy traces back to a criminal investigation conducted in 2005 by Texas Ranger Brian Burzynski. The investigation revealed key employees at the West Texas State School in Pyote, Texas, were systematically abusing youth inmates in their custody.

Hey, the Repugnican pedophile poster boy is back in the news again.

Is he still in "rehab" or is he out cruising a playground somewhere?

Hey Gonzo! Why don't you fire the US attorney in charge of this case? Nothing has happened for over 6 months. Oh, that's right, Foley's a Repugnican, so the US attorney asleep at the wheel on this is doing just fine. An excellent performance review coming right up.

For gruesome generations after gruesome generations, the churches of child sodomy looked the other way and shuffled perverted priests around to prey at this church and that, while the CHILDREN were being sodomized and traumatized, and left to spread the deviance in the christian/western societies above all other societies.

Now the government is behaving just like the church and discovering up for its **** members who ALSO target the CHILDREN to spread **** deviance and perversion! Tsk-tsk.

Remember the prosecutors who were fired either for prosecuting republicans or not prosecuting Democrats aggressively enough? The remainder probably got the message.
