The 2 strongest legs of the Democratic Party tripod are Dean's DNC and Moveon.org. The last leg, the surviving Clintonites and Washington insiders, have no choice any more but to acknowledge the ideology and values which matter to the rank and file.

Now that is a scary thought....
It is funny that when Howard Dean was governor of Vermont he didn't act the way he does now. He is like a chameleon. He is catering to the radical left. Things come out of his mouth that are half truths or at other times he has no idea what he is talking about. As for MoveOn.org ...they are just a group of liberal socialist of the same color...big mouths spewing propaganda.

Dean a hero? More like a bafoon. A little early to be preparing the world for a dem president. He must be warning other nations how America will fall into recession, depression and socialism.

Howard Dean is a joke there is no one more polarizing in politics today than Howard Dean. His rhetoric is more vitriolic than even the majority of left wingers here these CBS comment areas. Just another blame America far left Demcorat. He is a classic example of where the modern Democratic party has gone. WAY! to the extreme left.

We can ignore all of the trashy comments from disgruntled right-wingers here, their time is past and Howard Dean has helped bring that about. His 50-state strategy ("all red states will turn blue") has been the most important element of the Democratic Party's victory in 2006, even if Clintonite blockheads like Carville and Rahm Emanuel can't see it. And of course he's absolutely right about the need to repair the disgrace and dishonor which Bush has brought upon our country in the eyes of the world. The 2 strongest legs of the Democratic Party tripod are Dean's DNC and Moveon.org. The last leg, the surviving Clintonites and Washington insiders, have no choice any more but to acknowledge the ideology and values which matter to the rank and file. In 10 years when the Bush years are an old nightmare we'll remember Dean as one of the heroes of this moment and the redneck trash-talkers will long since have retreated from public forums where they have no influence any more...

Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean has been meeting with world leaders to repair "the extraordinary damage" that the Bush administration has done to America's image and to prepare the way for a new Democratic president.

Kudos to Howard Dean for getting the country jump-started for a course correction. The devastation left in the wake of this Bush/Cheney criminal regime is incredible. An early start at mending fences should help the democratic president hit the ground running in 2009.

Yes, to democrats, it's much more important to care about what other countries think of us......France, Russia, Germany.....and all the other "fair weather" friends of ours.

Keep up the good work, Howie. History is littered with appeasers and a**kissers. You'll fit in well.

John:

Stay AWAY from the Evangelicals!!

Haven't you learned anything from this current administration's pandering to these narrow minded zealots?

Keep Church and State separate at all costs.
