Could Former VP Go From The Red Carpet To The White House? Backers Hope So
- "He's someone who can go toe-to-toe with world leaders and doesn't need a crash course in diplomacy."
Isn't this the same Al Gore vilified for not being qualified for the handling of foreign policy in 2000?
While I have always respected Gore's intelligence, I hope the left doesn't confuse celebrity with credibility and get him distracted from his message. - Reply to this comment
- Take a moment andthink of how wonderful our country - in fact our entire world- would be right now if Gore had become president in 2000.
No war, strong economy, more fuel efficient vehicles, none of these "No child left behind" statutes that leave hundreds of thousands of kids behind and encumbered in red tape, good relations with other countries, No 9/11 incident because Gore would have paid attention to the Daily briefing a month before that was titled "Osama Bin Laden planning to strike inside of United States".. - Reply to this comment
- Gore, the guy who not only invented the internet but the one who came up with global warming can't even get it straight.
"Global warming creates more evaporation off the oceans. It seeds the clouds. But it sucks moisture out of the soil."
The truth is global warming does not create more evaporation off the oceans, but the heat from the sun cause evaporation off the oceans in the form of CO2 which is a facture in global warming.
The guy is a complete moron. And for the idiots that say he is related to British Royality, so what you just might be also. - Reply to this comment

- Don't do it, Al! Take your success from this and enjoy it. Don't try to run it up the flag-pole because no one is going to salute it.

- Enough of the professional politicians most of whom like Bush and Al Gore are sons of professional politicians... enough of these parasites. How about getting some people who actually had a real job at some point in their lives or pump their own gas or do their own grocery shopping. This is freakin ridiculous, and most of you fools are in love with your revolving royal families.

- Yeah lets all go vote for the guy that knowingly helped lie us into iraq Powell.. yeee haw... While I agreed with most of your post, then you spout out The Dishonorable Colin Powell, who has been nothing but a scumbag and government stooge his entire life. It's amazing what a fake autobiography or in Al Gores case a BS movie can do for you. Al Gore voted for the first Iraq war which was based on total BS also like the Kuwait baby incubator hoax where Bush Sr and the Kuwaits knowingly misled congress.
Maybe Powell for Prez. and Obama for VP? That would be a neat ticket.

- all of the main candidates anyways.. Bush Jr, Gore, Kerry, they're all related to the british royal family, go look it up.
Now look at the sub heading in the article.. "could former vp go from red carpet to the white house"
Well the red carpet is symbolic of his "Royal Bloodine" which they keep royal by inbreeding by the way. - Reply to this comment
- Just because a bunch of Hollywood, like-minded leftists applauded him and gave him the Oscar for an already debunked documentary doesn't mean he's electable. Al's like Hillary, either you love him or you hate him. In today's polarized political scene, we need a different face to lead us. Unfortunately, neither political party seems to have the right one yet. Obama's close, but it's still too early too tell. Maybe Powell for Prez. and Obama for VP? That would be a neat ticket.

- Don't you think it's kind of strange that in the last 2 presidential races all the candidates were related to the British Royal Family? Wake up fools, the limeys have snuck back in while weren't looking...

- Al Gore goes around talking all his enviromental BS meanwhile he's big buddies and taking money from Occidental oil who commit all kinds of enviromental abuses and were directly responsible for the Love Canal tragedy years ago. You people that are stupid enough to let these scumbags lead you around like a bunch of fools deserve what you get.

- Al Gore like George Bush is a descendent of the British Royal Family. The Royals promote a lot of the ecodictatorship ***, they're obviously out to destroy what's left of american manufacturing. They'd all like to take us back to the dark ages where we live like a bunch of stupid little peasants while they gloriously rule over us. Just look back to a few weeks ago when Prince Charles came over here, and Harvard University gave him some big Econazi award and his beloved cousin Al Gore Jr presented it to him.
And BTW Al Gore is just a big of a fraud as George W. Bush and his very closely connected to Occidental Oil Co. and the late communist Armand Hammer who owned Al Gores father. - Reply to this comment
- My dream ticket would be Gore/Edwards, but I'm not holding out much hope for Al Gore to run.
