If they voted right off the bat and spanked Bush, the Repubs would whine that there was not sufficient debate prior to the vote. This even though the Repubs shut down the debate in the Senate 2 weeks ago........ - Reply to this comment

- I agree with the poster that it is time to step up and be counted. In the words of GWB himself, you are either wit us or agin us. I for one am against his policy of escalation. And yes, it is escalation by any other word. This administration has screwed the pooch so many times it is time to say to him, we do not agree with you and feel your policies are failures. To those that say debate is a form of treason, I say to them, check your history books. Stand up Representatives and Senators, let us see where you stand and we will make our decisions in 2008.
