Remember the Israeli and Saudi Arabian Neocon Supporters are pushing America to fight their wars for them! It is OK to disagree with Israeli Policy don't be scared! Founded in 1953 by Isaiah L. "Si" Kenen, AIPAC's original name was the American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs. According to UCLA political science professor and author, Steven Spiegel, "the tension between the Eisenhower administration and Israeli supporters was so acute that there were rumors that the administration would investigate the American Zionist Council. Therefore, an independent lobbying committee was formed, which years later was renamed [AIPAC]." [SPIEGEL, p. 52].[citation needed] Today, AIPAC has over 100,000 members.[1]
Activities and stated goals
AIPAC's stated purpose is to lobby the Congress of the United States on issues and legislation "to ensure that the U.S.-Israel relationship is strong so that both countries can work together" to meet the challenges of "stopping Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, fighting terrorism and achieving peace".[2] It regularly meets with members of Congress and holds events where it can share its views. Now if she'd just help expedite Bush's impeachment we'd be on track with what should be happening...

There will be no impeachment. The Dems don't even mention it. Why not? Because they know that with a 51-49 majority in the Senate they will never get the 2/3 majority of votes required by the Constitution.

Calling for impeachment under these circumstances is only so much hot air. It ain't happenin'.

somehow i feel at the rate congress is moving, we'll be faced with a new set of cards very shortly. the conflit is being dictated to us from outside forces. that's probably why the true is nobody has the faintest idea what has to be done.
escalate we get more violence, pull out they kill each other. thanks george and your neocon friends for a lovely fiasco.

I do agree that every Senator and Representative go on record and let us make our decisions in 08.

It appears that they will have no choice but to do so. The applicable term is "hold their feet to the fire", I believe.
