Democrats Sought Measure For Full-Fledged Senate Debate Over Bush War Plan
- I agree, and this is not the forum for preaching. Singinrick et.al., with all due respect, are preaching to the wrong choir.
The majority of us have been there, done that, and have already purchased the tee shirts.
Iraq has become a no lose issue for the President. He courted the DNC retreat over the weekend wearing his sheep costume.
I still say he is 2 clowns short of a circus (maybe even 4 by now). He is strong willed, can't admit he is wrong, and has nothing but his well being in mind.
He doesn't want to be labeled a loser. - Reply to this comment
- Go praise God at home and church and in private, NOT HERE! It's rude and offensive.

-Rude to praise God? Incredible. This is exactly the problem with this country
Rude and offensive is what the non-believers have been doing to us believers. That's rude and offensive.

You Damned Right it's rude and offensive. I stood against the Religious Reich during the 60's and stood while the Cop's beat us with clubs while these creatures spouted the Will of God to us. I do NOT believe in their Religion and I certainly do NOT see it as having anything what so ever to do with the dabate here. I'm fed up to my eyes with these slime dogs who have NEVER done anything to help, NEVER done anything to promote and advance Rights but who have consistently been opposed to EVERY advancement we've ever made as a people. I truly liked them much more when they had the hoods and sheets. At least then they wouldn't hide their true wants and desires, just their faces. - Reply to this comment
- "If the non-binding resolution is meaningless, why is the GOP so concerned?"
The GOP is concerned because Democrats are wasting precious time with STUPID POSTURING FOR THE FAVOR OF VOTERS instead of offering solutions.
Democrats have no plan, just silly games. - Reply to this comment

- Bush the great Uniter has capitalized off of dividing this country and polarizing the political parties. He wouldn't give a Democrat the time of day for six years, and his oil buddy D/ck Cheney told them on the floor of congress "Go F yourself." These two have enjoyed polarizing Americans and took advantage of being the total majority at every opportunity.
Now that they've caused thousands of uneccessary deaths and their foreign policy has beenexposed as a total lie, their only option is to squash debate. Every Republican who hangs his or her integrity on these two charletons deserves exactly what is going to happen to them. - Reply to this comment
Let's see how bold these boot-licking congressmen are when they fail to get re-elected in 2008...
This country is sick and tired of pointless wars.- Reply to this comment
- The stench of hyprocisy must really impact GOP gatherings. Not only are they incompetent & corrupt, they are hyprocrites to the bone.

And, what happened to their concern with congressmen who refused to allow votes to come to the floor?
