I agree conservation is good. I have been able to increase the mileage on my Tahoe and Silverado by removing the catalytic converter. I gained 7 miles to the gallon by doing this. If we all did this think of the oil we could conserve!

Big Oil executives who profit obscenely huge sums of money from the sale of their product

or

Energy companies who profit by NOT putting environmental controls on their factories

or

Politicians who will eventually go back to their jobs as Oil executives and profit greatly

or

Some ignoramus spitting back what he hears on the Rush Limbaugh show because it means he drive his big fat Escalade or Tahoe around?

or

Scientists who make next to nothing as researchers and college professors and who have dedicated their lives to understanding the reality of the world they live in?

Seriously - what do you people think? That science is a big cult and that scientists induct each other into into a secret society so that everyone will toe the party line?? - That this is somehow some vast political conspiracy?

Do you think a scientist gains anything from you beleiving or not believing his research about Global warming?

I'm the first one to admit that believing in something doesn't make it true - but come on - whether you think emissions cause global warming or not - conservation is a good idea - anyone who tries to tell you differently is selling something.

Like all radicals Speaker Pelosi is going to push her ignorant agenda filled with the usual lies, but to be paid for with our tax dollars. Time to fight back folks. and you seem to be wrong on every one of them..

or just go south of US(A)

If the sun was getting cooler, while the earth was getting hotter, I would believe in manmade global warming. But the facts tell the opposite. The sun is getting hotter and has had an increase in activity(solar storms and flares).

Everyone would agree we should have alternatives to fossil fuel, but how does the "science" explain the fact that the world had a global warming events in the 10th and 11th centuries that were warmer than today? The truth is the "science" completely avoids any of the data from that time period, because the "scientists" don't want to detract from the results they are pushing.

Global Warming is junk science used for the purpose of political manipulation.

Or, we can apply our resources to learning how to ADAPT to INEVITABLE climate changes, instead of WASTING BILLIONS of dollars on trying to prevent something we have no control over.
