I am not mad at you. I admire the mental gymnastics that you are capable of. I admire your persistance and resolve to justify the unjustifiable to make sence of the nonsensicle and to shut out any logical or factual information that presents an obsticle to this singular goal.

Yes, Hillary, Truman and Eisenhower both were involved in starting Israel.

See, you keep trying to make this a left/right, Rep/Dem argument. It isn't.

It's right vs. wrong. Bush is an appalling president, and it seems overwhelmingly likely (if one looks at the facts) that the reason he is so bad is that his agenda is actually at odds with the well-being of the country.

Whether the people in the past who did stupid, wrong-headed things had an R or a D next to their name is totally irrelevant, and appears in fact to an attempt on your part to change the subject.

Let me try a new approach: In his administration, what has George Bush done which has benefited the country and its people as a whole?

Valid point, Hillary. But the thing is that my perception of Bush as a war criminal is based on research and investigation, from every source, left & right, that I can find. I formed that perception based on facts, and if and as facts emerge that oppose it, I modify my opinion.

I am, as I have said, politically right wing by philosophy, as the Republicans used to be. I didn't start out wanting to hate Bush. It is as I have observed his continuous lying to pursue an agenda which actively harms this country and its people that I have formed my opinion of him.

This is why I am able to cite sources for my information, and point to specific events. If you would like, I can take the time to compile a list of links and articles from various sources which will further support my viewpoint.

So far, the full extent of your logic or factual support has been "all you libs think the same" and "I'm a soldier so I know." Your support of Bush seems based entirely on an idealogy, and when facts contradict your beliefs, you deny or ignore their existence.

Not impressive. Think about this: Could you be wrong?

The most recent NIE (national intelligence estimate) leaked to the press and covered by every concievable news outlet including fox. The administration has even come out and talked about it.

You hiding under a rock. Or do you have some kind of conservative filter to keep out information you don't want to hear?

As for saying it's all Bush's fault; no, this latest round of the Crusades actually goes back further than that; the establishment of Israel in 1948, for instance, by means of evicting Palestinians from their country, was an act of colossal arrogance and stupidity, and an immediate guarantee of ongoing strife and Arab hatred. The CIA's deposing Iran's democratic government to install a despot, empowering and backing Saddam Hussein and allying ourselves with the corrupt, oppressive House of Saud haven't helped.

But Bush and his ilk have fed the fire to a horrific degree, and in fact put obstacles in the path of measures that actually would protect us form terrorism by blocking the 9/11 Commission recommendations. It was thei incompetence and negligence that allowed 9/11 (or, as I like to call it "the day NORAD stood down") to happen in the first place. In response to that, he invaded the wrong country.

Israeli intelligence estimates that the Iraq war has led to the quintupling of the number of people in the world actively engaged in anti-US terrorism. All of that IS his fault.

I don't believe your suggest scenario will come to pass. But if it does, a good deal of the blame will rest firmly on this administration.

Well my Fellow Citizens here we are! We have sat back and shivered as Sir Lies Alot scared us. All the while we were having ALL our rights taken away. Here we are folks, "We the People" wanting to take our nation ONE way and a Dictator as FASCIST as Hitler ever was, telling us to go to Hell! We have given these two Southern Fascist all the POWER of checks and balances and WE the PEOPLE can not stop them. They have the Worlds MOST powerful Military and THEY tell us to sit down and shut up. It's time we either took back this nation or we SHUT up and let the Gestapo and the Administration make war on whoever they want whenever they want it!

Bush is a radical born again Christian. This country can not afford another years of this.

He must be impeached. Cheney must be tried right long with him and Nancy Pelosi should become President.

Guaranteed the violence would stop. Of course, the crazy born again flakes would freak out but who give a *** about them right now.

We are fighting for ours and our childrens lives right now and these two morons must be removed.

principle of Occam's Razor, Yes.......

The problem with that is by whose perception? The obvious reason for anything is going to very from person to person based on your beleif system. If you beleive that Bush is a war criminal, then that becomes your obvious perception.

The whole perception is reality ***. Big in the 90's mmmmmm I smell a connection.

All sixteen. This information is in the National Intelligence Estimate. The consensus of all sixteen of our own intelligence agencies is that our invasion and ocupation of Iraq is increasing terrorism around the world and making all free nations less safe. It's increased both the number of terrorists and the amount of terrorist attacks. Israely intelligence says the same thing.

You're welcome to fight with your gonads if you like. When I fight, I use my fists, or a weapon.

And I use my brains as well. Generally, use of the brain means you don't need to fight in the first place, but if you do, you fight the guy who is a threat to you, and you do it intelligently. If I were to have a bar fight, I wouldn't argue with one guy, leave the bar, go into the street and punch someone else in the face. That's what Bush did when attacking Iraq. And if a professional boxer wanted to give me some tips on winning, I'd listen. Bush isn't any good at listening to the pros, either.

The philosophy of leading and fighting with your genitals is what caused all this ***** to begin with. People who think like you will go along with anything as long as a chance to beat up on someone smaller and weaker is involved.

"I have no doubt that when the next president takes office, the war will end in Iraq. I have no doubt that when it does, it will come to our own back yard. And I have no doubt that when it does, morons like you jimibear, will say that it is Bush's fault. But when you're in a fight, you you fight until it is won. That IS where you need gonads.

First of all, wamerritt, thank you for calling me a moron. Coming from someone like you, that is the highest of compliments.

Secondly, if the US forces are brought home as they should be, and the anti-terror recommendations of the 9/11 Commission enforced (as the legislation it took the "do-nothing" Democrats all of 3 days to pass requires) then the terrorists will find it extremely difficult to bring the fight to our "back yard". Furthermore, without the US invading sovereign nations and slaughtering Arabs by the 100s of thousands, they'll have a lot less incentive to do so.

"But when you're in a fight, you you fight until it is won. That IS where you need gonads."

They were told by the CIA that the yellow cake documents were fake and by the nuclear experts at the energy department that the aluminum tubes could not be used to enrich uranium.

Every peace of intelligence they presented on nukes had been completely debunked by their own experts before they presented it in their case for war.
