The Best way to Stop the terror in Iraq is for the US Troops to pull out and leave their rifles and ammunition to the General Population of Iraq.
Those Iraqi people already know who they are and where they are hiding. Give the general population a way to fight against the terroists and I bet it stops in 6 months or less!

This is going to be interesting. Bush does not have the cajones to send in enough troops to actually do the job. congress really cannot stop him if he wants to. But in truth, there probably are not enough troops to send in to actually do the job. Bush has seen to that also. So why continue then? I don't see the point in it.
