1. Close borders with Iran and Syria, completely.
2. Use increased Marines and twice as many special forces in Bagdad, Anbar province, and three or four other worst problem areas. Pull back national guard and any lesser trained and equipped forces to the borders, or to police relatively cooler,less violent areas or to protect schools and hospitals, etc. Get them out of Bagdad and Anwar.
3. Bring "regular military" from Germany, Japan, Korea, and around the world, beef up numbers to 220,000 and lessen the numbers of contractors where possible.
4. Renew use of air power and artillary against areas of strong opposition, "***** and Sunni."

The problem with the "bushed it" thing is that it's highly unlikely we'll ever again experience someone stupid enough and as big of a screw up to insult them so badly as to compare him with this a**hole we have for president. I honestly can't think of anyone who is as big of a f*ck up as he is. He's in a class by himself when it comes to moronic incompetence.
