Bolton won't keep his job,,, His job was carring out Bush's failed policies with the UN.... Overly Agressive Policies that led to Iraq & the destruction of 50 years of Middle East deplomacy & democracy building.

machnews- it's showing they are beginning to clean up this GOP mess by getting rid of one of the idiots that helped get us stuck in Iraq- a diplomat with no diplomacy representing us to the UN. it's a good example of why we voted the repubs out and the dems in.

Lame duck is not a good choice of words, how about dead birds, as as Kennedy, Bird, Warner, Hatch, just to name a few. They have all stayed way to long and don't have a clue as to what its like out in the real world. They get 10 miles from DC and they are lost. We need to keep up the good work on election day, its a new begining last Tuesday. POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!!!

Congress in not voting to appoint Mr. Bolton U.N. ambasador is showing what thier real motives are for being in washington . It is showing They are there for themselves and the ballot box and not the voting public who sent them there.

As I said in an earlier post...I am disapointed that Bolton isn't going to be cofirmed...although I did oppose his nomination when Bush first made it, I think that during his tenure he did a credible job and did not live up to his reputation.

pros, cons, agrees, disagrees, any thoughts?
