Sailing On Rising Tide Of Voter Outrage, Democrats Win Majority Rule
- I hope those voters who put Pelosi and the other hypocrits incharge of congress and the senate are happy with themselves. Thats the last thing we need is to have hypocrits runing congress. They can thank thier buddies hypoctitical buddies in the news media for the victory. I for one was happy withthe way the president was handling his job . He is the best president we have ever had!

- I just saw part of the Bush press conference on TV. I've never heard him sound so rational. Gone was the smirk, the annoying swagger, and the bullying tone. What an actor. I even liked his dark blue suit! It took the most expensive mid- term election in history, but Bush may yet appear in the guise of a civil human being. Whatever is good for the country, I say. Rumsfeld going was a huge first step towards improving our situation.
Thank you Democrats! - Reply to this comment
- Fols we need REAL fiscal conservatives in office,
No more neo-con GOP pretenders !! No more NO-BID to GOP insiders!!
By cutting taxes for the rich and running up such a huge deficits, this outted bunch of GOPers were busy as pie spending my kids & my grand kids yet to be earned tax dollars!!^%#@^%!@! All the while the K Street GOP machine taking most of their campaign money from PACs & lobbists, and illegal not-for profits shelters.
Now when the Dems have to raise taxes to clean up their mess & balance the budget again , the neo-cons will try to say "we told ya so - them Dems will always raise your taxes!!" LOL
Well at least I'm laughing for now. - Reply to this comment

- This whole election was about George Bush and nothing more. If the Democrats want to stay in power for a long time, I hope they have a plan for Iraq that doesn't make matters any worse than they already are. I also hope they learned their lesson when they were "fired" in 1994. Americans want to be governed from the center. If you lean too far right or left in your policies then look what happens, you political party gets spanked.

- Angry(yes)Liberal(no),
Don't look now but those "conservative" Dems you keep talking about weren't quite conservative enough to run as GOPers. You got it handed to you. Take responsibility and stop blaming CBS and demanding an "explaination" from the Dems. Get with the program and understand that the reason your party is in such a mess is that they had not explaination and no defense for the horrid state of affairs they've gotten this country into. - Reply to this comment
