Let me guess perception5 you are a Republican? How did I ever guess that???? You spew the same propaganda every Republican does these days! It sticks out like a sore thumb! Somehow it always makes the Republican crimes look a little less criminal when you drag up Democrats misdeeds! You always accuse the media of being "left wing" when they don't say what you want to hear! When in reality you know it is geared to the "Right Wing" which is why this country is in the mess it is! I have not come across a Republican yet who wants to hear the truth! Most of you live out there in "la-la land" believing all of the lies you have been so artfully spoon fed by the fascist toad Carl Rove! After all he learned his craft from the best! I believe it was his father who was a member of the Nazi party! So get off of your podium and stop preaching your message to people who don't want to hear it! People in this country are going to wake up on day to what the Republican Party has become. Then look out!!!!!

Gslinger3, a "GENIOUS"? It doen't take a genious or an "architect" to come up with nasty little tricks and dity politics. Karl simply pointed to his class of lowest denominator for the Republican's to play to and they've courted them ever since. The nazis did the same thing and it worked in Germany just like its working here.

I think Rove and now - Scott Howell - are amoral self serving fanatics. They (and people like them) are doing more damage to this country that any terrorists could ever do!

Yeah........ just like Karl Rove was responsible for outing Valerie Plame...... one big lie our liberal MSM touted for over a year before Americans were told the truth.
If CBS wants to investigate something try these stories:
1. Who produced the fake Rathergate memos and what was the DNC's role?
2. What classified documents did Sandy Berger stuff down his socks and shirts related to 9/11 ?
3. What knowledge did Chuck Schumer's have when his staff was caught stealing Michael Steele's social security number this summer. (Steele is a black GOP candidate for US Senate in Maryland)
CBS, you need investigate real issues and crimes associated with your pals the DEMs....... we're waiting.... but we're not holding our breath.

I would certaily rather elect a man who likes women over a man who likes underage boys. Mr. Ford is to be commended for his healthy social adjustments.

I was raised around decent people who were Rebublicans. These despicable people are power mad monsters who will do anything to keep power including descend to the most vile form of racism and fear. They are a disgrace to the Party and to America. The Republicans I was raised around would not only be appaled by their actions but also ashamed to have themselves associated with such monsters. They defame the decent people of their party and diminish America to the world.

Rove and Mehlman are the cockroaches of the American political process. That they are employed by our %u201Cselected by God%u201D President shows the pure hypocrisy of the entire Republican Party. Hopefully the Democrats will take both the House and Senate and their first order of business should be to investigate both of these %u201Cadvisors%u201D for the blatant disregard of campaign laws, the manipulation of lobbyists, the corrupting of non-profit religious organizations, and the illegal use of bought and paid for conservative journalists to commentators working directly with Rove to further the Republican agenda.

Once this corruption is fully exposed the %u201CChristian right%u201D as a political force will be dead in America as it will be visible to all that leaders like James Dobson are modern day Judas just taking their pieces of silver from the corrupt rulers in DC.

CBSisAJoke said, "... Democrat Playbook... when you can't blame Bush, blame Karl Rove..." and went on to observe "The only people who see the Ford ad as racist are those who have a problem with race."
---
In this case, the "Democrat playbook" was exactly on target. It WAS a Rove stooge, pardon, protege who used his little hands and head to create a message playing on fear and hate.

Your comment that those offended by the ad are racist makes no sense-- why would they be offended unless they rejected racism?

Only racists find the ad humorous. As you fully understand, the first people to consider the ad racist were the GOP gnomes who made it.

Note to CBS-- You call the ad on Corker "playing the class card"-- but not so fast. The ad is fair to the facts. Corker's wealth increase qualifies fully as a matter of fact. The ad is correct, and cannot be challenged on fairness for that alone. But to construe anything beyond the fact Ford attended a Superbowl party hosted by Playboy IS unfair to the facts. That is the difference between the two ads.

Since when is 'race-baiting' equated with playing the 'class-card'? The Civil Rights Act deals with issues involving race, what law deals with the issue of 'class'? None.
The mention of the 'class issue' is another repug talking point, pulled out whenever middle-class people point out the obscene wealth hoarded at all costs by repugs. To repugs, that's 'class warfare', but when they abandon the poor of New Orleans during Katrina, that's just.....doing a heckuva job.

Rove and his buddies show their true colors. They resort to emotional, staged, fictional BS mud-slinging like this because they can't win on ISSUES. They wallow in mud because they are pigs. They are trying to manipulate us with their make-believe ***. You the voter deserves more respect than that. Don't vote for Corker- send a message to Rove that there are still people in this country who believe that when you go into the gutter that low, you don't deserve a vote.

WHERE ALL ALL THE LEVEL HEADED POLICIANS? YOU
HAVE CHUCK HAGEL, JOHN WARNER, LINDSEY GRAHAM,
AND OF COURSE JOHN MCCAIN FROM THE SENATE THAT
ARE VERY GOOD PEOPLE. THESE PEOPLE ARE EXCELLENT
REPUBLICANS, AND I CAN NAME ALOT MORE INCLUDING
ORAN HATCH AND ARLAN SPECTER.
ALSO THEY ARE GOOD DEMOCRATS ALSO, INCLUDING
JOHN EDWARDS, BILL NELSON AND OTHERS.
SO WHY CAN'T THE GOOD POLICIANS GET TOGETHER
AND RUN THIS COUNTRY THE RIGHT WAY. YOU HAVE SO MANY IN WASHINGTON TRYING TO UNDERMIND EACH OTHER
AND THIS IS CAUSING THIS NATION GREAT PROBLEMS.
WE NEED A BIG CHANGE IN DC THE WHITE HOUSE HAS
TO GET ALONG WITH CONGRESS AND VICE VERSA.
ALSO GOOD PEOPLE ARE RUNNING FOR OFFICE INCLUDING
HAROLD FORD OF TENNESSEE, AND OTHERS AND THEIR
CHARACTER ARE BEING DESTROYED BY THE SAME PEOPLE
THAT DESTROYED MAX CLEVAND A VIET NAM VIET WHO
WAS A SENATOR FROM GEORGIA AND LOST BOTH LEGS IN
THE WAR, AND TRIED TO DESTROY JOHN MCCAIN. THEY
HAVE NO HEART. THEY SIT BACK AND SAY THESE PEOPLE
ARE SOFT ON CRIMALS AND TERRIOST AND ARE THE CUT
AND RUN POLITICANS AND THEY THEMSELVES CUT AND
RAN IN VIETNAM WHEN THEIR NUMBER CAME UP.
I HOPE THAT ONE DAY THEY ARE FINALLY EXPOSED.

SCOTT HOWELL AND KARL ROWE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF
DESTROYING GOOD MEN AND WOMEN'S LIFES.
IT LOOKS LIKE BOTH ARE RACIST AND HAVE A GUILT
TRIP WHEN THEY DID NOT SERVE IN THE MILITARY AND
NAM.
THEY STRUCK AT SENATOR MCCAIN IN THE REPUBLICAN
PRIMARY IN SOUTH CAROLINA, WHEN HE RAN AGAINST
GEORGE BUSH IN 2000. THEY BOTH HAVE RIP INTO SENATOR CLEVAND IN GEORGIA WHO LOST BOTH LEGS
IN NAM, JOHN KERREY, AND MORE. THESE GREAT
AMERICANS SERVED THEIR COUNTRY AND GAVE ALOT,
WHILE ROWE AND HOWELL GOT OUT OF THEIR RESPONSIBILITY BY EXCUSES. THEY WENT AFTER BILL
CLINTON FOR THE SAME REASONS THEY ALSO DID THEM-
SELVES. THEY ARE THE MAIN FORCES OF THE CUT AND
RUN POLICIES WHEN THEY PRACTICE THAT POLICY IN
THE 60'S. AT LEAST CLINTON WAS UP IN FRONT ON
HIS REASONS FOR GETTING OUT OF THE DRAFT. THESE
TWO ARE POOR EXCUSES FOR AMERICANS. THEY ARE
GULITY FOR RUINING GOOD AMERICANS LIFES AND THERE
CHANCES OF SERVING AGAIN THEIR COUNTRY IN
CIVILIAN OFFICE.

So, if the RNC would have used a black woman in the ad, it would have been OK? Please. Good ole Katie....keeping the "BS" in CBS.

Democrat Playbook. Page 3: "When you can't blame Bush, blame Karl Rove....or Donald Rumsfeld...or Rush Limbaugh...whoever is convenient."

The only people who see the Ford ad as racist are those who have a problem with race.
Ford had a chance to take the high road (when asked about the party), but he couldn't help lying about it. Where's the media on that one?
