To huskerarmy you are absolutely correct. She never even went to the story I gave her the link to.She is showing her true colors, non american and has no consideration for the rest of the world. She does not know how much she is helping democrats by posting in such a vile manner.I wonder at times if she is not some software generated to respond to articles that oppose the GOP.It is always the same rhetoric with no solutions,no nonpartisan approach. She is quietly fading away and posts less and less.No one not even her beloved party would take her serious. They would probaly lock her up and throw away the key.

"As for Sen. Obama, it's well-known that a Presidential candidate HAS to carry the South to win. And, unfortunately, racism is too deeply entrenched in the deep South for Sen. Obama to have a snowball's chance of being elected."

Unfortunately, living in Texas, I have to agree with you Pendragon. Although Jane will tell you that the "solid South" is "solid" precisely because the South is now well beyond racism, as is the GOP.

And you know that Rove is already making plans for the smear campaign. Is Mr. Obama gay like Ann Richards? A traitor like Max Cleland? A coward like John McCain? Does he wear phony medals like John Kerry? How will the GOP swift boat Mr. Obama? How much do you want to wager that it willhave something to do with race or a racist stereotype?

Be Ever Vigilant. Bush and Rove will do anything to stay in power up to an including flooding key districts with fake absentee ballots tampering with electronic voting machines, and bussing in voters who are not from the districts to vote, or even starting another war with and suspending civil liberties postponing the mid term vote. There is a great possibility for this administration to tamper with the electronic voting machines to the point that very subtle differences will take place in Key races just enough to tip the vote in their favor but not enough to cause a full scale American Revolution leaving some doubt, but just enough to throw key races in the Republican Favor. Watch out for this election coup.

Y'know, as much as I respect Senators Obama & Clinton, I'm not sure either one of them is electable in '08. I still remember Geraldine Ferraro running with Walter Mondale in the '70's and badly she trashed the image of women in politics. It may be another 20 years before a woman can make a serious bid for the White House. As for Sen. Obama, it's well-known that a Presidential candidate HAS to carry the South to win. And, unfortunately, racism is too deeply entrenched in the deep South for Sen. Obama to have a snowball's chance of being elected. That being said, I'd vote for either one of them (or both) in a heartbeat; though I'd much rather see Joe Biden on the ticket.

"To everyone here let JaneMcCreev rant and rave. She obviously has not read the Washington Post or Times lately."

Are you kidding. She watches Fox, listens to Rush for her talking points and then runs over here with her alarmist, knee jerk pablum of "CBS bias," "Neo-Fascist liberal," "reverse racist," "Stalanist, Lennonist" hate driven venom. Do you think she really reads anything that has not been properly sanitized and given the neo-con stamp of approval?
