Trout: How can you refer to Bret's objective questioning as a spin?
What disturbs me more is the momentum this story has gained with absolutely no facts other than those supplied by Cain himself.
What are the names of the accusers ?
Why do they remain anonymous?
Did the person who received severance receive that equal to what she would have otherwise?
I would like more answers to legitimate questions before I cast judgement. Until then, my inclination is to view this more as a modern day lynching than a valid news story. After all, Mr. Cain's poll numbers suggest he has a viable chance of being the nation's first Black President
smartasss1 Apparently you can't read or you'd know that the comment that I uploaded isn't my words. I didn't type it. WhatAboutTheFacts did. The part that I agree to is the rest of his comment and the fact that poll numbers do suggest that he has a viable chance of winning the presidency. His color has nothing to do with it and neither does Obama's!
Incidentally, technically speaking, Obama is a mulatto. Since I'm a white woman I don't care what he is. He could be green and purple with bright red stripes and polka dots for all I care! I vote for the one who represents my views and whom I think would be best for the country!
1. Romney - chronic flip-floper. secretly promotes polygamy 2. Cain - too uninformed (many gaffes). and now too kinky 3. Perry - too much like GW Bush 4. Paul - too extreme (wants to abolish SS, Medicare and Federal Reserve) 5. Gingrich - foot on his mouth. say many crazy things (maybe to sell his book). 6. Palin - too dumb (but good for a realty show) 7. Bachman - needs daily Lithium pills. too misinformed. 8. Trump - too trump. if you want a casino on the moon, vote trump 9. Santorium - does not believe in science. major douch3bag 10. Huntsman - intelligent, moderate, good demeanor. His actually pretty OK but last in the polls (normal won't help you in the republican primaries)
Cain now has little chance of winning the nomination, and NONE of winning the general election. He needs to get over himself and bow out, so the focus can go to candidates who might actually have a chance.
But I suspect his ego is WAY to big for him to do that, until he absolutely HAS to.
Which is why he would never make a good president, in the first place.
Scott3 November 2, 2011 1:00 PM EDT The true believers will continue to support Cain until Fox News tells them not to do so anymore.
Good boys roll over now, here's your treat. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++So you bash Fox news without even watching it? How do I know you don't watch it you ask. Because if you did you would know they are more on top of this and more critical of Cain than the other outlets.

Is Obama not black enough for you?

Women: 1

As my daughter would say, "He's just a creeper."
