Printed in entirety:

The undocumented from all over the world are creating an extreme hardship for all Americans but most especially for African, Mexican and Asian Americans.

It is true that African Americans have been hit hardest in this economy and that very little is done that directly improves their employment prospects.

Ms. Waters, I would like to know why you in particular and our legislators in general are silent on the harm perpetrated on us by the hoards of undocumented workers that seem to be holding all the jobs that would normally allow a lower skilled American to make a decent living, such as construction jobs? Worse even is that the private unions created to protect the American workers are not only pandering to illegal aliens, but are actively prospecting them as a way to increase union membership.

I would absolutely love it if all our American children would be able to get a first class American education. Sadly, our schools, especially the LAUSD, focus on the children of illegal aliens, making it literally impossible for white, black, and brown, Americans to learn. My daughter (white) at Venice High last year spent time in a classroom studying Geometry, with an instructor who spoke such heavily accented Spanglish, she could not learn. This is after taking 2 semesters of Spanish language.

THIS IS WRONG.

The excuse I hear most often is that if these invaders are ever allowed US citizenship, they will vote Democrat. I am of the opinion that US politicians should honor the citizens that already voted for them.

It is also my understanding that you cannot run for office next election. If true, please stand up for all Americans. Please especially continue stand up for African Americans because no one else will. Please be vocal about how the illegal alien invaders (IAI's and make no mistake, this is an invasion) are killing the educational and employment prospects for all our non-privileged children.

Please read below for a plan that would actually be agreeable to both Democrat & Republicans and please stand up for all Americans. I may be reached using the information above should you like to discuss this with me.

1. Tell IAI's they must leave, give them say a 6 months moratorium to comply. 'Come back cards' would be issued upon exiting the US in the order of exit. After 6 months there would be extreme penalties for employers and IAI's identified after the moratorium expired, would be immediately deported (no drawn out review or battle in court).

2. Any American that wants a job previously held by an IAI, would be hired over a time period, lets say 6 months. As soon as every American that wants to work is employed (unemployment is at approx 4%-6%), you begin to allow the 'come backs' to legally reenter as guests, starting with the first one that left. Naturally they would have to be identified either on the way out or back in.

Once we have a robust guest worker program, with workers that we know who they are and everyone using e-verify, penalties for employing an illegal worker would be extreme enough to put an employer out of business. Anyone caught here illegally would be deported without court review.

Of course, we hear that there are employers that would close business if they couldn't hire IAI's. We would have to include a waiver component so that we could identify & issue guest passes without the workers having to leave for 6 months. These workers could be identified at their job-site and provided the job really is one that "Americans don't want", they could be claimed as a guest worker at that time. There would be no component requiring guest workers to go home every year. Yet they would not be allowed to use resources that rightfully belong to American taxpayers if they were not employed.

This plan would, at minimum, identify and fingerprint individuals here, currently 'in the shadows", and remove the suggestion (fact) that some don't have to obey the law. This would also ensure these newly identified aliens would be required to pay income and Medicare taxes (no SS taxes because they would retire to their home country, possibly with a lovely retirement account provided by their American employer).

Obviously, this plan is painted in broad strokes, but think it allows everyone, especially the US citizen, to be respected.

There are no problems confronting America's citizens that would not be measurably improved by securing our borders and enforcing our immigration laws. Overpopulation, congestion, urban sprawl, crumbling infrastructure, diminishing resources and opportunities, lack of affordable housing, crime, pollution, overcrowded schools, hospitals and jails, water and energy shortages, depressed wages, increased tax burdens, the balkanization of our communities, the marginalization of American workers, students, taxpayers and voters, the overall decline in quality of life, are all the result of unconstrained immigration and lax enforcement.

Regardless of how the Obama Administration, the media, cheap labor interests and mass immigration lobbyists try to spin the narrative on this issue, all their arguments fall apart under the withering fact that "too many people competing for the same limited resources is NOT, and NEVER WILL BE, sane, sustainable social, economic or environmental policy!

Virtually every industrialized nation, China, Mexico, Great Britain, the European Union, Asia, the Middle East, have all adopted zero tolerance policies for illegal aliens entering and operating in their communities. The same nations have implemented strict identification, detention and deportation policies as well, some even with criminal penalties and asset forfeiture for the illegal aliens and their employers and enablers. It's dangerously misguided to suggest that the United States not do likewise.

Certainly it was never the intent of our Founding Fathers that appointed Judges, not accountable to the people, be allowed to overturn the will of the people as guidance in their own governance. Clearly much of our problems stem from unaccountable activist jurists, and not from the partisan divide in Congress. After the sweeping changes that are coming in 2012, we must rein in the Courts.

Then let the liberal judge, lawers, Obama and immigration supporters poney up the money to support all the illegals sneaking in and sucking up tax dollars to live on while hiding from law enforcement. Stop sending the bills for all your vote buying schemes to the taxpayers. The earthquake last week was the founding fathers turning over in their graves.

The same illegals that have been entering this country illegally since Reagan because Congress woefully under funds the enforcement mechanisms for the borders of this country. You get what you pay for -- since you agree with NOT FUNDING effective enforcement you do not get effective enforcement. President Obama has been more effective using the inadequate funds to deport those that do not belong here than any other president in history. -- FACT

When you get Congress to appropriate the Trillion dollars ICE claims the job can be done in an estimated 10 years. -- Until then you get what you pay for -- inadequate enforcement by your definition.

The US deports illegal aliens all the time. What...? Is there a magic "deport" button they need to mash, so that all will be deported at once?

Well, if Alabama does in fact have legal jurisdiction over illegal immigration, control over legal immigration would logically follow. Just imagine then the chaos if states began to set up their own immigration departments. The point is, authority over all manner of immigration issues is a federal prerogative. So where are the adults in these state legislatures? Why are they wasting time and money pushing for bogus rights that will never hold up in court?

reality_sanity replies:

He Constitution agrees with you Danize -- Immigration requirements must be the same for all states -- therefore no state can individually alter the requirements. Congress in the 70's provided for state participation in the immigration enforcement process with the INA 287g legislation that many Republican governor's are refusing to optionally enforce as required by the 10th amendment to the US Constitution. Congress cannot impose enforcement on the states, but Congress is the only entity that can establish the rules for immigration enforcement in a consistent national fashion.

Another spineless leftist federal judge who doesn't want to uphold the immigration laws of the land...this is so disgustingly PC, especially on the heels of the president's once upon a time criminal illegal alien being granted asylum and legal residency, and is criminal illegal alien uncle being arrested for DUI...why don't we just drop all laws and let everything be an official free for all, including laws against murder, battery, burglary, etc....

I just read that on another article...Obama and his whole dam family need to be deported. That is complete crapp regarding the Aunt and now the Uncle gets a DUI? He too will probably be given the right to stay.

Now, my wife is Ukrainian. She was not lazy and worthless, but went through all the necessary rituals to become an American citizen. Her son is very sick with a heart condition. He is not able to come to America temporarily to receive decent medical care. Why??? Because a bunch of lazy, worthless misfits decided to sneak through a hole in a border fence and feel they have a right to stay. So, now they agree to let nobody visit even temporarily. We need to fix that problem, and send home those who are here illegally. My wife has far more rights to bring her son here temporarily than anyone who has such lack of respect for our laws as to sneak through a border fence.
