I hope this Federal Judge doesn't end up in Gitmo.

This is HUGE. I was ecstatic that this judge stated that the public interest lies in upholding our Constitution, that "********* piece of paper" as someone who shall not be named has been quoted. Next, impeachment.

And now the news story will die, the program will hide quietly in a corner for a while, and creep back into it's little Black Ops Envelope where it belongs, and begin again under a new code name, protecting Truth, Justice, and the American Way!!!

You people are so naive...

Theres just one problem here - What is up CBS? How can you POSSIBLY not make this front page news? This is SO much bigger than the Capture of the JonBenet killer.

News > Entertainment!!!!!!

I feel great pride today in our Nation, our system of checks and balances, and the brilliance of our founding fathers. It seems that the wheels turn slowly but Justice will be done.

Great news! Finally the courts are reconizing that the Bush administration is breaking the law and they cannot just do as they want to. If we lived in another time before 9-11 Bush would be up for impeachment as he should be now. He is just as crooked as Nixon was.

It is about time that the courts recognized the insidious machinations of this Administration to flout the law. Anything under the sun could be considered a matter of national security and none of us are safe from that kind of snooping, with potential for fraud and/or coercive methods being used on ordinary citizens without a definite legal procedure. This president should either be severely reprimanded, or better yet, impeached.

This is great. I hope it gets the attention it deserves. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Time to put an end to this administration.
