The U.S. made the decision to give the $3B in consideration for Israel to give up oil producing land. Blame our government, not Israel.

Israel rejected the one-sided resolution that was adopted by the UN Human Rights Council yesterday. The resolution was adopted without the support of the western and democratic member states. The Council, dominated by a majority consisting of Moslem states and "Non-Aligned" countries, adopted the resolution condemning Israel for its military operation in Gaza. Canada voted against the resolution. Thirteen other states, among them all the member states of the European Union in the UNHRC - France, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia - as well as Japan, the Republic of Korea, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ukraine, Switzerland, and Cameroon abstained. The resolution was adopted during a special session of the UNHRC, convened at the demand of the Islamic Conference countries. It was the fifth session convened to discuss condemnation of Israel, out of a total of nine thus far since the establishment of the Council.

The Ambassador of Germany, speaking on behalf of the European Union and other countries, explained before the vote that the resolution was one-sided and therefore cannot be supported.

The resolution contains elements that are unacceptable to Israel. It ignores the terrorism against Israel and the responsibility of Hamas for the development of the current crisis. It ignores the fact that Israel''s civilians have been targeted for many years on a daily basis by rockets and mortars launched by Hamas and other terrorist organizations from the Gaza Strip. Moreover, it ignores the exploitation, in violation of international law, of the civilian population as human shields by the terrorist organizations. The resolution does not advance the peace process and the genuine interests of both Israel and the Palestinian people.

Israeli''s are for a 2 state solution, but not with putting Jerusalem under arab control. The 2 state solution is not viable unless the other party will recognize your right to exist and stops attacks on your citizenry.

Since you have most likely never been to Israel, your comments about their work habits are what you''d like to believe and not based in fact. They are very hard working and innovative technology wise.

The $3B was an agreed payment to Israel for giving up land with the only oil on it to Egypt in order to buy peace.

During yesterday''s operations, IDF forces uncovered a tunnel built to allow terrorists to enter Israel and carry out large scale terror attacks. The entrance to the tunnel was located in a house 300 meters from the security fence.

The IAF targeted over 60 Hamas terrorist sites in Gaza on Monday, including over 20 smuggling tunnels along the Rafah border, 9 squads of armed operatives, 2 mortar launchers, 9 rocket launching sites.

Approximately 20 rockets and mortar shells were launched into Israel yesterday. Two rockets directly hit houses in Ashkelon and Sderot, causing severe damage.

120 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid entered the Gaza Strip through the Kerem Shalom and Karni Crossings. These trucks carried 3,100 tons of food, medical equipment, and other basic supplies.

Since the beginning of Operation Cast Lead, approximately 920 trucks of humanitarian aid and over 1,000,000 liters of diesel fuel were transferred to the Gaza Strip.

A LIKELY SCENARIO: The anthrax attacks were carried out by a neocon Black Op team in concert with the team that took down the WTC.
