If McCain get''s elected, Syria will get a middle finger.
If Mr. Husseing get''s elected, " Now...to our GOOD friends in the east....I-uh-America..uh...will provide...a reperaaaation, of a fair amount to compensate for the wrong doing..of our military...with that said, a new prayer rug...will be given to-uh- our friends...of Syria."

Hate to break it to you there bucko but its called war. plain and simple. there is no rules to how war should be fought save for one. kill them before the kill you. now you are goin to say how wrong i am and how stupid i am but guess what? thats how WWI and WWII where fought this whole idea of loveing ones emeny in hopes that they will love them back and play by the same rules is compleate BS. honestly let the reins go watch this green machine chew up and spit out all that get in its way. do that and i garnatee you that you wont have people challangeing you. spend enough time over there and you will come to know the only thing they (insurgents) respect is power and the willingness to us it. - Reply to this comment
- Maybe the Syrian government should instead apologize to their citizens for harboring the terrorists. If not for that then no innocents would have died.

Just like America will have to apologize to the world for harboring the Bush terrorists right here in our White House!
If not for that then no innocents would have died in Iraq nor would we have lost over 4000 brave soldiers. - Reply to this comment

- tj217-We are glad that you are an educated individual, please use that education wisely. We did not attack an innocent country. WE crossed their border to stop attacks on US. Syria has not, nor will, make any attempt to stop or slow the flow of "jihadists" into Iraq. Despite the implied oxymoron of "military intelligence", they really do take a lot of time to accurately find those responsible. Islam is not completely innocent in this issue, as the mainstream followers are unwilling to stop the extremists. Would you not find fault with me if I stood by and watched KKK members harass/malign you? Good men need do nothing, to allow evil men to prevail. Syria has it%u2019s own agenda in the region, one that includes support of terrorist organizations. If Syria expects an apology, I think they should first apologize to the rest of the world for it%u2019s nuclear activities. Luckily the Israeli%u2019s took out their production facility before it could become operational. Should we apologize? Should we pay restitution? Let the commander in the field whose soldiers are killed by there lack of action decide. I believe that our commander-in-chief has empowered them to make that choice. Criticize them all you want, but try making that decision yourself.

- [I don''''t recall any imminent threat when our marines in Lebanon were attacked, the troops on Somalia were trying to help the people, and I didn''''t see the World Trade Center attacking anyone.]

the trade centers stood still during the day ... but late at night they went on the attack ... and exploited resources around the world ... while nobody was looking.
maybe you need to look up the concept of symbolism ... but i doubt it will really make any difference. studies show that when truth is placed up against belief ... truth nearly always loses ... regardless of the belief. - Reply to this comment

- It sounds like you would rather attack an innocent country than take your time, find the credible evidence necessary to discover who did it, then capture the prepatrators. Real smart. Kinda the way Bush thinks, and what McBush offers if he joins an increasing number of Republiscum who have cheated their way into the White House

When it comes to the Middle East, there isn''t anything close to "innocent" when it comes to "jihad". Read the Koran. According to it, they believe can kill anyone who doesn''t share their beliefs or convert to Islam. Now that''s really great... - Reply to this comment
