Poopysen,

Facism didn''t fade away after Hitler offed himslef in his bunker.

There''s no denying, however, that facism was reduced as a force for evil by the defeat of Hitler.

There are literally thousands in the Muslim world willing to die for Jihad but there aren''t too many multi-millionaire fanatics bent upon spending all of their wealth on developing a vast global network of destruction.

When we launched our attacks on Iraq and Serbia we began with massive air power aimed at destroying the enemy''s infrastrucute of communications, coordination, and supply. That''s what we need to do to Al Quaeda and their taliban sponsers.

Take away the financial, technological, logistical and training resources and the individual Jihadists aren''t as formidable.

Until we cut off the head of the Serpent we''ll be chasing the tail forever.

We had removed the Taliban and denied al qaida a host country. Then congress and most Americans, lead by a cowed media, listened to to a childish adult who wanted nothing more than to be call a "war President" and attacked a sovereign nation that had nothing to do with 9/11 or terrorism. It didn''t take a crystal ball to see what''s happening in Afganastan now.

It is naive to think that Afghanistan wil solve the terrorism problem worldwide. Unfortunately the issues that feed terrorism will never be solved militarily. Then there is Russia, flush with oil money, and rebuilding their network, and happens to be all the nations that we can''t get along with and some are oil rich too. It is beginning to look like an old America, while new alliances are being built, Sarkozy and Europe are emerging as the new world leaders. I hope the media takes some space to educate the public about this new power equation and what it means to Americans.

"No victory in Iraq, says Petraeus"

This should put an end once and for all to the McSame/Palin claim that the surge was a "success". In this Article, Gen. Petraeus states: "that recent security gains were "not irreversible" and that the US still faced a "long struggle". General Petraeus also said "the trends in Afghanistan have not gone in the right direction... and that has to be addressed". Finally, General Petraeus "said he did not know that he would ever use the word "victory": "This is not the sort of struggle where you take a hill, plant the flag and go home to a victory parade... it''s not war with a simple slogan." Well, that military know-it-all, Johnny McSame, has a lot of explaining to do to the American people. If he can''t tell the difference between "victory" and something less, than he is definitely not qualified to be Commander-in-Chief. Obama/Biden 08!!!

The "war on terror" as being conducted is a fraud perpetrated by oil companies, Israel & other war profiteers

Posted by tuckerndfw at 09:55 AM : Sep 11, 2008

The Israel Turkey pipeline has been in the works for some time now. In April of 2006 Israel & Turkey made their announcement which included four pipelines which will bypass Syria & Lebanon. The source of the oil is the BTC pipeline from the Caspian Sea Region. Shareholders in the BTC pipeline are: British Petroleum, AzBTC, Chevron, Statoil, TPAO, ENI, Total, Itochu, INPEX, ConocoPhillips & Amerada Hess. Another very important factor on the war with Lebanon is that Israel will have a strategic role in protecting the pipeline and transportation corridor out of Ceyhan Turkey. The strategy will weaken Russian oil s role in central asia and also isolate Iran.

REMEMBER 7 YEARS AGO TODAY: SEPTEMBER 11, 2001

George W Bushie was sitting in a class room with a bunch of Children during story time and after the first plane hit he sat there for COUNTLESS Minutes looking like a DUMBFOUNDED REETARDED DOUSCHBAG and thinking what should I do.

The FACTS:

1. George W Bushie had a Memo warning about an attack on the USA a few weeks before 9-11 and he did nothing.

2. Both World Trade Center Towers Collapsed after getting hit by Jets and World Trade Center # 7 burned for hours and also Collapsed.

3. The Pentagon was also hit by a Jet and United Flight 93 was plane # 4 but was saved by some very brave American citizens who fought back !

4. All this Happen on 09-11-2001 when George W Bushie was President and on the Republicans Watch.

5. So the Country is NOT SAFER OR MORE SECURE with a Republican as President, Republicans are ( 0 for 1 ) advantage terrorists, Because Bushie had warning an attack was going to happen and did nothing and all this happen on the Republicans WATCH.

6. You can put Lipstick on a Pig but it%u2019s still a Pig.

"Republican presidential nominee John McCain has said he would keep U.S. forces in Iraq as long as it takes to achieve victory, and that he would not withdraw forces until security conditions allow."

What victory are we trying to accomplish?

We have no mission statement about what our goal is.
There was no Al Quida in Iraq prior to our misguided war.
Iraq neither threatened or attacked us.

WHY ARE WE IN IRAQ??? For Oil, to spend more defense dollars and to line the pockets of friends to the Bush family.

I can''t believe my ears or this headline. Shouldn''t it read "Senator Obama got it RIGHT" and "Bush and McSame are idiots"? Funny no one is willing to admit that just days, or months ago this is exactly what Senator Obama was saying when McSame and The Flame were talking about staying in Iraq for 100 years! Just gotta'' love these Republicans.

Don''''t you get tired of saying the same thing day after day..It''''s Bush, It''''s big oil, it''''s Carl Rove, It''''s John McCain the same old flap *** every day, when most of you can''''t chew gum and blink at the same time. Posted by dmw1167 at 01:04 PM : Sep 11, 2008

No more than you like saying the same thing.
It''''s not Bush, It''''s not big oil, it''''s not Carl Rove, It''''s not John McCain the same old flap *** , its liberals, liberals, liberals, liberals, repeat ad nauseum.

YOU tell me where the terrorists have gone while we ensure Iraq stays terrorist-free?

Why does Iraq warrant US protection, why not our own country? Are we terrorist-free?
Why no US protection for a dozen other countries the terrorists can inhabit without any US intervention.

Try thinking. I won''t even ask you to chew gum at the same time.

"The Iraqis want there to be fewer U.S. troops," Bush said. "The United States wants there to be fewer U.S. troops. But both of us want to realize that vision based upon success."

And as long as the term "success" remains undefined, the troops will be staying.

One question: What about ALL THE OTHER COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD where terrorists are holed up?

How come Iraq is getting such devoted US troop protection at the expense of Afganistan, at the expense of the rest of the globe?

Why is the US so fixated on Iraq? We have to stay to get the oil. Our troops HAVE to stay to get the OIL, or this whole ridiculous war farce will have been for nothing.

Vote McCain/Palin to continue occupation of Iraq for their oil. Win at any cost, oil for lives.

Bin Laden insists that Americans stay in Afghanistan to eliminate rank and file Arabs. The region is too filled with peasants. Al Qada needs the land for exotic poppies. Osama has ordered more technical isomizers to make tar heroin. He invites U.S. Special Forces to attack Waziristan. Bin Laden''s Mercenaries prefer to shoot America''s elite soldiers.

End Game

Why not create a network of potential government creation councils which could debate into existence a form of government which all involved parties would be subject to. This could include both Pakistan and Afghanistan...could be theoretical to begin with, but also could result in altered government procedures for both countries, and even for the US itself (by completely legal means of course)...this would give both sides the opportunity to transform their enemy without violence.
