We had a great chance in Afghanistan, but The NeoPsychos threw it away to invade Iraq for no reason.

Operation Enduring Freedom; winning battles but losing this anomalous war.

Would US citizens support a formal Selective Service System draft call up for this war?

If answer is no, then why do citizens allow US government manipulation to legally abuse loopholes to exploit and press gang those already proudly serving in a supposed All Volunteer Force to serve at perpetual pleasure of Commander in Chief?

Why does American public allow President as Commander in Chief backed by Congress to shamefully get away with read the fine print, covert war conscription ploys, and an unofficial backdoor draft by stealth?

Voters need guts to gripe about how our country sustains a war without having to demonstrate political or public fortitude to spin up a draft via Selective Service System.

How much tax money is annually depleted to maintain, operate, and staff a dust collecting Selective Service System?

Who has political chutzpah to activate this war support and troop bolstering resource?

Instead US policy cowardly and ingeniously shackles military volunteers and then burns them out legally.

STOP LOSS, In Lieu of Taskings (ILO), 8 year minimum service obligations for advertised 2,3,4,6, year enlistment options referred to as Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) call ups, Army recruiting 17-41 years olds, and felony waivers all contribute to hazy smoke screen sham, a US government shanghai subterfuge to maintain perpetually recycled, indentured war fighting troop numbers.

As a fighter I stand on defence it gives me the advantage. When the time comes for the hit I hit hard
and with as much force as possible.

I retreat and I examine and if i see weakness i hit with as much force again. Devastating there ability to strike me
I have no mercy for my life is at stake.

I did not ask for this it was brought with intent to take what was not yours''

I''m just defending my home my people.

So stop trespassing and you will live.

The U.S. is now losing the war against the Taliban," Anthony Cordesman, of the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies, wrote in a report Thursday. A resurgent al Qaeda, which was harbored by the Taliban in the years before the Sept. 11 attacks, could soon follow, Cordesman warned.

Somebody, please correct me. Did we, or did we not, win this war in 2001?

The new President should do what this one never did. Go after the Taliban big time whereever they are. When Iraq fighters went into Turkey to kill and main, Turkey finally went after them in Iraq and hopefully solved the problem. Why don''t we do the same?

Afganistan, thats a war you havent heard much about in the last few years. Last I heard we were winning. This article was an eye opener. Sucks to be us supporting a weak, corrupt, government that has to be propped up with billions of our dollars. As far as training the afgani''s better and giving them more expensive guns, We have to make sure they don''t sell them to the shady guy on the corner.

The Taliban was all but defeated, but then the U.S. took its eye off the ball and we all know what happens when you do that! The 2 oil men in the White House couldn`t resist all that oil in Iraq!
