Members of the commission investigating the Sept. 11 attacks grilled national security adviser Condoleezza Rice about the Aug. 6 PDB, which referred to al-Qaeda''s plans to attack the United States.

If Clinton is to be criticized for ANYthing, it''s for NOT taking an even tougher stance against these guys who had already attacked us several times - and for slashing intelligence/military budgets . Even the 9/11 commission report stated that bin Laden''s first declaration against the US, came in 1998.

So - AGAIN - what did bin Laden and his network do to America, that would have gave Clinton reason to take him into custody?
