Boy, we sure are frightened of terrorists. Maybe we should realize that the real terrorists are in the White House and pulling the strings from the boardrooms of American corporations. Let''s get real people.

Next to be tried is a man who once cut Bin Ladens hair and picked lice from his beard in Pakistan.

He admitted, with his nutzack hooked up to 240V, to masterminding a plot to nuke America.

I don''t think the driver was an expert terrorist. This country is founded on due process and this guy is a friggin middle-of-nowhere Afghani who had more around him happening then he had the capacity to understand, never mind the pony show being played around him now. See if he''s a real threat, and give him real American justice. This administration has made our country a place with extremely little honor, and fairness from greed and selfishness, at a great profit for them. We just need our common sense back, and a little bit of pride, and it will all get better rom there.

I hope the US people try Bush and Cheney et al to the same standard of proof as this fellah. They would be found guilty of crimes a thousand fold worse. America - rescue your country before it is too late and get these neocons in court where THEY belong.

How dare the Bush Crime Family declare this was a fair trial. This man had no more chance of getting due process than Gore had of getting a fair vote count in Florida, or Kerry in Ohio. The dreck occupying our presidency doesn''t know what the meaning of fair is.

The kangaroos win again. I don''t know if this guy is guilty of anything beyond being captured by the bush goon squad, but this is not justice.

This is the example of miscarriage of justice.

Shame on all involved.

The only reason ANY OF THIS is happening is that Clinton was desperate to avoid getting impeached in 1998. So, DAYS before his impeachment vote in Congress, he SUDDENLY decided to change US policy on Iraq to "regime change."

WHY?? WHAT WAS SADDAM DOING that was any different than he had been doing since Clinton started in 1993?

The genocide occurred over A DECADE earlier. Saddam had been resisting UN inspectors for years. Why SUDDENLY was he so bad that it called for a new policy?

THE ONLY SIGNIFICANT EVENT WAS CLINTON''S IMPEACHMENT for deception of court in his sexxual harassment trial, which led to even more decption related to having inappropriate contact with a female subordinate IN THE OVAL OFFICE. All of which led to his being disbarred and banished by the Supreme Court.

And because the feminist president was trying to dodge a harassment rap, he launched an airstrike on Iraq DAYS BEFORE HIS IMPEACHMEN VOTE.

THAT is why we are in Iraq today.

A jury of six military officers convicted Osama bin Laden''s former driver of supporting terrorism...

Was this not a foregone conclusion?

I cant believe how stupid the US is. Now they have made a hero out of Bin Ladens driver. With the torture, detention without trial, bombing of civillians (the list is endless) the US are rapidly becoming more despised across the globe than the ''terrorists''. How stupid is that?

At the same time Hamden was being railroaded by this star chamber, Bush was in China lecturing the Chinese for their violations of human rights.

As always start at the bottom. The people at the top are untouchable. American justice. That''s why crime is so abundant in the good old USA.
