WOW! Another war in Afghanistan? I hope we win this one as quickly as we won the last one, huh bush?
I guess funding the war with soldiers is alot like funding the war with money. If you don''t use up your soldiers quickly they reduce your funds to match your needs. You know like Haliburton does with those pricey SUV''s and computers that don''t get used?
Maybe we should just shoot the soldiers ourselves, burn them and bury them in a pit like they do the brand new computers so we can keep the soldiers rolling in. Or, do we already do that bush?

And the extermination continues............

More than a year and half before 911 the CIA Special Activities Division was conducting operations in Afghanistan, trying to topple the Taliban regime for the Caspian Sea Oil & Gas Pipelines...........We now call such activities terror.

February 12, 1998 John J. Maresca vp of UNOCAL oil appeared before a House sub committee. The purpose of the meeting was to gain support for exploitation of oil & natural gas resources, for the rights purchased by BIG OIL in the Caspian Sea area.

In his testimony he stated, "The key question is how the energy resources of Central Asia can be made available to nearby Asian markets ". The exploitation option stated : "One obvious route south would cross Iran, but this is foreclosed by American companies because of U.S. sanctions (with Iran ) . The only other possible route is across Afghanistan, which of course has it''''''''s own unique challenges. " He continued saying, " the pipeline we have proposed across Afghanistan could not begin until a recognized government is in place that has the confidence of governments, lenders (world monitary fund & world bank ) ,and our company "......"

UNOCAL and other American companies are prepared to undertake the job ".

SgtRDS-E4.....I would differ with you....why do you wish to make soldiers return every 10 years for another war, again and again, instead of dealing with these issues once and for all....guess what, no Saddam to go to war with anymore in 2018, he''s done....no more invasions of Kuwait

You should get more informed, AlQaeda is virtually destroyed due to our Nation''s policy of combating terrorism around the globe

I knew that one day the Bush Administration would shoot itself in the foot by invading Iraq instead of sending the Military to Afganistan to get BinLaden. Cheney and W had to bow to Big Oil to get Iraq''s reserves under U.S. control. Every Iriqi citizen knows that the Invasion was a scam to get the Oil that belongs to the Iraqi people. Saddam threw Cheney and Rumsfield out of Iraq because the backbiters were selling weapons to his enemy also. The Reagan Adiministration was as ignorant as W''s and just as corrupt, and nobody was paying attention. Now we have this enormus NATIONAL DEBT to pay so Big Oil could get control of the Iraqi reserves. Real Smart thinking got us in this mess thanks to the NEOCONs that were in the Reagan Administration and just waiting for the next Republican Administration the wreck the economy with an expensive war that no Republican wants to pay Taxes for. DUMB!!!!!

Of course Bush would send more troops to Afghanistan. They need to be in place for the other front in the upcoming invasion of Iran. If you want more blood, more war, more Bush, vote McCain.

America is not about the military and the corporations it is about the PEOPLE...THEY COME FIRST. Tire of soldiers being sacrificed for the bloody corporations and then turned into the reason for more war and death and waste of our blood and treasure. You milaltaristic dingbats are quick to run your mouths off but I DONT see many of you going over to take a bullet for bush or sending your sons and daughters to be maimed and killed for the lying policies of the rich and connected oligarchy.

The oil executives in this administration includes Bush and Chaney. The invasion of Iraq was to gain a foothold in the Middle East so that the US can protect oil company interests. We invested heavily in being in Iraq and our limited troop numbers demonstrate this administrations ineptitude in its commander in chief. Why create a draft or encourage greater troop levels when the Pentagon and this administration has squandered opportunities to properly protect this country by focusing on Afghanistan when everyone knows that the terroist base there?

Yea, lets pull troops out of Iraq and send them to Afghanistan. Then, when Iraq heats up we''ll pull troops out of Afghanistan and send them back to Iraq. This cycle will continue back and forth as long as our military is stationed over there. Thank you Republicans!!!
