BajaJohn1 - you have the very real possibility of KSM being freed if he was ever tried on American soil because, and you may not like this fact, evidence that is obtained from torture is inadmissible. Shucks!

.. .. ..

Other detainees have been found innocent and released so it is a real possibility.

I think Americans want real criminals - not a stand in.

I think Americans want to see some good fair justice with no prejudice or privilege.

If he''s guilty so be it. If he''s innocent then compensate him and back home with him.

Yes and now more than half the world want''''s a new investigation into 9/11 attacks but do you think Bush/Cheney will allow one of course not. They''''re hiding something and you know it!

The idea that the U.S. Gov. was somehow involved in a conspiracy to perpetrate 9/11 for an excuse to start a war is so far to the left, it is almost off the chart. It is insane. But, maybe if Obama is Pres. he can open an investigation. He might have an inside track considering his associations with terrorists.

....

Why do we need a stupid kangaroo court trial? The man is clearly guilty, and the people in the American government and Bush administration had nothing to do with it. He distinctly confessed saying "9/11" and "A-Z" didn''''t he? What else do we need to hear?

There''s a rumor that this was originally an even 32 confessions, the other being that he was "completely responsible for the Anthrax mailings immediately after 9-11, A to Z", but I think President Bush had someone slapped up on the side of the head, and it was later discreetly removed.
