I am sorry but in the real world you have to justify capital expenditures with ROI (return on investment) calculations. As a taxpayer your conservative heros have eroded the dollars value to a point where it might be worth trading our dollars for Pesos. Is it any wonder why gasoline is going over $ 4.00 a gallon?
If Bush worked in the private sector any reputable manager would have canned him for lack of performance.
