White House Denies It Prematurely Released Al Qaeda Video, Hurting Intelligence-Gathering
- Everyone seems to expect these crooks(politicians) to govern themselves and act for the better good of the Nation. There is obviously someone(s) controlling every politician in America because these clowns seem to Never do anything in the interest of the American people! Its all for the money men who back them - and they defiantly don''t give a penny to anyone else except their own little boys club! Just listen to some of these republicans who want to attack Iran - I believe that the illegal wire tapping has benefited Bush/Cheney by blackmailing all or most of the politicians with info that Bush/Cheney obtained through the Illegal wire tapping. Why else would democrats bow to the president. I think there are more of them then just Sen. Craig toe tapping in mens rooms and Bushit and Company has the goods on them so to speak, and this is how Bushit and Company has been able to control everything. I think Cheney would make a Great Stalin! Bush would of course be his toe tappin bathroom buddy!

- If this article is true, doesn''t it fall under a classic definition of treason? If so, and given Mr. Bush''s statements that he''s the decider, the war president, on and on...has he now put himself into a situation that cannot be ignored?

Does it really matter if Osama is dead or alive? If it weren''''t him leading Al Qaeda, it would just be someone else to vilify . . .

Kucinich 9-11 Hearings Delayed
Given poll results showing a majority of Americans want such an investigation and Kucinich''s own oft repeated public pledges to begin one this fall, this is a troubling and inexplicable development. Broken promises deserve explanations, especially from presidential candidates. Perhaps it''s time for Kucinich supporters to approach him at his campaign events and ask what is really holding this up.

In June, Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) promised that his congressional committee would hold new 9-11 hearings "sometime in September." These hearings were to focus on specific narrow aspects of 9-11 which, incredibly, have never been properly looked into, such as the unprecedented short-selling of airline stocks just prior to September 11, 2001.
These hearings have now been postponed until further notice...

Debunking 9/11 Debunking
Early in 2007, Interlink Books published my Debunking 9/11 Debunking: An Answer to Popular Mechanics and Other Defenders of the Official Conspiracy Theory. The stimulus for my writing this book was the appearance in August 2006---just before the fifth anniversary of 9/11---of four publications intended to bolster the official account by debunking the alternative view, according to which 9/11 was an inside job. The most explicit and well-known of these publications was a book by Popular Mechanics entitled Debunking 9/11 Myths.
My book%u2019s introduction and conclusion dealt with the irresponsible way the press, including the left-leaning press, has dealt with this issue. One of their failings, I showed, was simply to accept the official reports --- especially The 9/11 Commission Report and the report on the World Trade Center put out by the National Institute for Science and Technology (NIST) -- as neutral, scientific reports. They thereby ignored the fact that the 9/11 Commission was run by Philip Zelikow, who was virtually a member of the US. Bush administration, and that NIST is an agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce and hence of the Bush administration (which has distorted science for political purposes to an unprecedented extent). - Reply to this comment

Latest Bin Laden Video Is a Forgery: All References to Current Events Are Made During Video Freeze
Osama Bin Laden''s widely publicized video address to the American people has a peculiarity that casts serious doubt on its authenticity: the video freezes at about 1 minute and 36 seconds, and motion only resumes again at 12:30. The video then freezes again at 14:02 remains frozen until the end. All references to current events, such as the 62nd anniversary of the U.S. atomic bombing of Japan, and Sarkozy and Brown being the leaders of France and the UK, respectively, occur when the video is frozen! The words spoken when the video is in motion contain no references to contemporary events and could have been (and likely were) made before the U.S. invasion of Iraq. - Reply to this comment
