The United States is awesome, we have every culture represented here. Americans should come out of their comfort zones and get into American in its entirety and discover America for real. Many Americans would be surprised to here what all of American has to say and think about things, they would really be surprised! Many Americans stay within a defined circle and that''s their world, their input, Americans should branch out and know how all of Americans thinks and feels about current events. - Any of the pro war supporters here care to explain their interpretation of "progress", "success", or the ever popular "the surge is working"?
The first two should have been defined before this obscene mess even started, and the last should have been explained at the time it was spewed.
Again, I ask anyone here, what is meant by these terms. It seems to me they can only mean that the Iraqis:
1. Agree to stop resisting our illegal occupation
2. Agree to stop defending themselves from a hostile invader (us), who is kidnapping, torturing, and murdering their loved ones
3. Agree to let Bush steal their oil, with little compensation
4. Accept a puppet government, installed by the same hostile force mentioned above
If it is the case that no other definition can be offered, then this is clearly a treasonable, futile, dangerously ignorant, financially devastating, open ended and strategically fatal action we are engaged in. - Reply to this comment

I was at a nice crowded Bar-B-Que today stuffing my face, enjoying the music having a ball eating all the goodies and was amazed at some of the top stories people were discussing. 1) People think Michael Vick was stupid involved with dog fighting but that if it was Peyton Manning it would have somehow been swept under a rug! 2) Mark Furman killed Nicole Simpson and framed O.J. with facts to back it up too! 3) Mark McGuire got off light with using steroids but Barry Bonds didn''t! 4) 9/11 was an inside job 5) Bush stopped hunting for Osama bin Laden because his family is friends with the bin Ladens and made sure they were gathered up and safely escorted out of the country right after 9/11 instead of interrogating them to see if they had a hand in it! 6) The fully armed B-52 that recently flew over the U.S. with the latest nuclear weapons was a message to someone, haven''t figured out who yet! 7) Hillary Clinton will be the next U.S. President and Barrack Obama will be her Vice President, people would love to see that! 8) President Bush is the real gangster with too much power, gangster wanna-be''s can learn a lot from Pres. I had strong suspicians that this "Osama" video was a fake, even before I had seen it. Now that I have watched it, there is little doubt remaining. Not only is it a fake, but a very poor one.
