I remember that. They were talking about how outdated all the chemical warfare gear was on the news. But they had to wear it because they were going in on the assumption that he had wmds.

Well, he had to go to the UN. And because everybody thought he had wmds, he had to prepare for them off his border.

donnie900, one has to wonder where all the equipment that Russia, China and America went to eh.. Could it be as these posts that I have put on here said, that because Bush kept telling them that he was coming for 18 months before the went in, that they were able to ship them out by trucks, planes etc,

Was Syria so active nuclear wise back then???.. one would have to wonder why Bush gave them so long??? It is not normal practice to warn the enemy that you are coming is it?? so why did he do it???

why did all those Iraqis vote if they didn''''''''t embrace democracy?

They embraced Democracy because They didn''''t realize that religion should be kept seperate from Government. Even Jesus said so in the New Testament. "Organized Religion" has caused more pain and suffering than most other forms of aggression. If you doubt that ''''google'''' the Crusades, Spanish inquisition, How South America became Hispanic/Christian, and let us not forget Muhammads many wars.

Well, from what I''ve listened to, the un inspectors said there were no wmds. And then they sent that ambassador who later his wife was exposed as a spy. So I guess there''s a contradiction here.

If there were wmds, don''t you think the military would have found it by now? And told us they found it?

No nggr, but as there seemed to be proof then why are they now saying that there isn''t.. perhaps I didn''t explain myself well..
Everyone says that there wasn''t proof, but I have much on the subject that shows that there was proof and not just from the man on the street..
What I meant is why is the media pushing the line that there wasn''t WMD when in 2004 they had proof by important people..Of course I suppose it does sell more papers if people are stirred up..
I am only putting in what I have on my files whether it be correct or not..but as it seems to be people in the know I can only presume that it is correct.

starleo146 I was horrified at how vets were called baby killers etc, these people went to war because they were told to and not because they wanted too, and although my husband nor I weren''t there, I can only imagine the horrors that these poor wonderful men and women went through, never really knowing who was the enemy and who wasnt..
We will never know if it was a mistake going to Vietnam or to Iraq, as we wont see the consequences of what would have happened if we didn''t..
But the issue now is Iraq and the middle east..
Many here are against Bush and once again we will never know if he did the right thing or not, so I have tried to show just a couple of the many examples of proof that they thought that there was WMD there.. when one of Saddam''s own right hand men says that there was, all we can do is be careful.. it is better to be careful than dead.

Doesn''t look like bin Laden to me. Osama is alive and well and holed up in Kennebunkport, ME.

l-Samoud 2 couldn''''t make it to the US. And Condoleeza Rice could make a bigger mushroom cloud if she f a rted than an al-Samoud.

Wow!! what a comment we really got them tonight where is condoleeza has Bush lost confidence in her she is only one left that hasn''t resigned. Maybe that is what she is doing writing her resignation.

zootallures2, I did not say..
But you have no problem with Homeland Security and the whole US media being run by Jews who have the exact same philosophy?
and if you are meaning that it came from you, I would like to know where Jews came into my conversation...
Jews are only a small portion of the worlds population, and there are far more influential people who are millionaires in the world than Jews.. why don''t you have a go at all the thousands of the worlds people who are millionaires and why just the Jews...
you came at me the minute that I come on, why??
And yes of course leaders lie, but it is not written in their holy books to do so..
