I was in Sacramento and happened to catch the story on the news there (I just looked it up to get his name.) It was an man from Fiji who was beaten to death by some Russians. The motive wasn't his religion but his sexual orientation.

I guess he justified this senseless killing with the same "logic" he used for basically pardoning Libby for lying to protect the Whitehouse from being indicted for treason because Clinton lied about a BJ.

Hey Roger,

I know, but without Lars, singingrick, jedi08, and others, things would get too peaceful and maybe a little boring. I like this better than watching TV, its interactive at least.

I already did something actually useful, I wrote all my Congressional representatives and told them to start impeachment proceedings against Bush.

The really funny coincidental thing was the day after I did, Pete Dominici, one of the representatives, made the headlines by saying he supported a troop withdrawal.

I hope everyone writes their Congressmen/women and demand impeach proceedings against Bush and Cheney.

I think all the pounding the rightwing has taken in this forum has finally taken effect. Lars doesn't support Bush nearly as vehemently as he did just a month ago. He's more pro-hate Muslims, and sorry about that horrible story from J Whitman about the beating of the Muslim boy in California. Just plain awful and unforgiveable.
