This nonsensical report seems to offer us evidence that not only are many of these 'terror' attacks staged, but that only THE DUMBEST and most inept dead-ender spooks remain to carry them out.

Any spook with a crumb of self respect and/or intelligence has long since resigned!

Buddha, Moses and Jesus did not found a religion based on death and destruction as their primary precepts.

I agree with your statement, however with the possible exception of Buddha, those that followed Jesus and Moses have used religon as a means of gaining a position of power, Just have a look at the way present and past American Presidents amongst many others jump on the religous bandwagon.

rheola - the Crusades were a defensive act against an attack by Moslims. The Crusades would never have taken place were it not for the Moslim attack on Jerusalem. Just as in the past, Moslims are using their intolerant beliefs to subjugate and convert an entire world to their evil vision - no literature, no entertainment, women covered head to toe, no science, no eductaion of women after 5th grade, no questions allowed, no marrying outside the faith allowed, men allowed to marry up to 4 women because women are worth less than men, no tollerance for opposing views and no respect for life. Any prohibited act punished by death. There are sunnis killing shiites; shiites killing sunnis; and the Wahabis want everyone dead. There is no defensive to Islam, which is just and evil cult.
Christians can always go back to the true beginnings and realize that many people have hijacked their religion in the past for bad purposes. Islam can't do the same because their beginning was bad to satrt with!

rheola - yes, religion can be manipulated by evil people for their own personal gain. It has happened to Christianity in the past. However, Christianity is not founded on "convert or you'll be killed". It also doesn't prohibit people from leaving the faith, prohibit questions, prevent marrying other faiths, etc. Islam was founded on death and destruction. Mohammed was a warrior who killed tens of thousands. Buddha, Moses and Jesus did not found a religion based on death and destruction as their primary precepts.

Really? Ever heard of a 'bunny suit', a resperator, gloves, etc.?

If this was other than a staged event, and this guy was an example of who we are relying on for protection, we would be in some serious trouble.

Ptruth2

The Crusaders were nothing more than murderous pillaging rapists, who used their form of superstition to increase their wealth.

Both forms of superstition had some claims to Jerusalum, as now the cause of that conflict was the sickness of religon.

"ABC's Brian Ross just three weeks ago reported on a video of an alleged al Qaeda terrorist graduation ceremony, claiming that suicide bomb teams were to be dispatched around the world. The video, obtained by ABC News from a Pakistant journalist, shows the men going through a terror training camp somewhere in Pakistan. Teams of 50 to 60 men were supposedly dispatched to Europe and the United States after the ceremony."

If the Bushies are right, we don't have to worry. These terrorists will head to Iraq to fight us there instead of the U.S.

It is very easy for us so called Christians to point the finger at Islam, particuarly as Islam does appear to be attempting world domination with its form of sickness.

However be honest enough to have a look at the history of Christianity, it to has in past attempted exactly the same, it to has been guilty of so many murders in the name of its God, over the past 2000 years until recent times.

The Catholic church happily gave Hitler support during WW2, it had no feelings about the millions of Russians or Jews being slaughtered, and in fact was complicit in its support for Hitler.

The problem is not just Islam, it is relligion itself.

Religion is evil, perpertrated by those who wish to gain a position of basically political power, by using the fears surrounding superstition and those gullible enough to be susceptible.

British police have a "crystal clear" picture of the man who drove the bomb-rigged silver Mercedes outside a London nightclub, and officials tell the Blotter on ABCNews.com he bears "a close resemblance" to a man arrested by police in connection with another bomb plot but released for lack of evidence.

Officials say the suspect had been taken into custody in connection with the case of al Qaeda operative Dhiren Barot (pictured), who was convicted of orchestrating a vehicle bomb plot involving targets in London, New York, Newark, N.J. and Washington, D.C.

Hey neocons,

I thought the war in Iraq was supposed to tie up all the bad guys over there so they couldn't do stuff like plant bombs in our cities? Any other brilliant theories you want to lay on us?

One of the reporters on CNN thought the timing of these bombs was meant as a sort of initiation to the new British Prime Minister - like a test of their power.

I'm worried with Hillary, etc not being more vocal and detailed about how they plan to prevent these types of attacks, there might be a similar motive for domestic terrorists to try the same thing. Maybe if this was a case of terrorists trying to test Britain's new leader, if she speaks up more about her national security plans it might dissuade potential domestic terrorists from trying the same thing over here (?) It'll be interesting to see if any of the 20 presidential candidates even bother to say anything about this bomb plot or whether they just talk about their fundraising accomplishments . . .

Well well, it looks like Bush got lucky again!

A big terrorist bomb plot foiled by authorities just a day after Bush loses his biggest domestic agenda...

...amnesty for illegal aliens.

No, I'm not suggesting any conspiracy theory. Bush just got lucky (again).

For the people of London, I'm glad to see that this plot did not come to fruition. Many lives have been potentially saved.

Moslims have not changed in all their history, which is one of death, destruction and creation of chaos. The Crusades came about because Moslims attacked the holy city of Jerusalum and took it over for themselves. The Crusades were an attempt to take back what the Moslims stole away from the world - - the Crusaders were not invaders, but defenders. Now, the Moslims are back with a vengence, like street gangs and mobsters just out to kill each other to dominate a neighborhood! They worship evil, and have NO respect for women, art, literature, science (unless it's to produce death), entertainment, tollerance of other beliefs, and the sanctity of life. A satanic cult if there ever was one.

Virtually every hotspot in the world involves Muslims. Their goal is far greater than driving Israel into the sea. If that were the case, Muslims would not be creating problems in areas not related to Israel. Perhaps, the answer is in world domination. This is why it is important to find ways to stop them. Yes, this may sound like a call for another Crusades. Why else would Europeans go to war with the Arabs a thousand years ago? It certainly wasn't for oil a thousand years ago. Apparently, Muslim goals have not changed in a thousand years.

This article doesn't even agree with itself:

Re: "British terrorism analyst Michael Clarke told CBS News that the device appeared to be part of an "amateur" plot using a homemade bomb %u2014 but a large one. He said the device appeared to be part of a "well-coordinated" plan."

'amateurish', 'not amateurish', 'well-coordinated', but completely failed to work?

CBS Newz, could you at least try to coordinate your own nonsense reports to agree with themselves, before using them to blow more nakedly propagandistic smoke up our collective arses?

Geeeezzzz. You posters that think this is some kind of conspiracy are gonna be wettin' yourselves when arrests are made. Fingerprint ID will lead them there cause the "people" that attempted this, undoubtly thought that that kind of evidence would be destroyed in the explosions.
