Oh. I guess I missed the trial. I didn't see any evidence that he was a terrorist, and in fact heard that he was actually tortured for years before "confessing" to anything.
Americans believe in the due process of law, and that people are innocent until proven guilty. We do not allow evidence to be obtained illegally, such as through torture or coercion (we'll kill your daughter unless you confess).
The Republican Party doesn't believe in these basic American principals.

I am a veteran of the US Army MP Corps.
I took an oath to support and defend the US Constitution and obey all (lawful) orders. I have never been relieved of the requirements of that oath. I am no longer under the authority of the Commander in Chief or UCMJ, but even if I was, the current Commander in Chief is an enemy of the US Constitution and must be opposed.
He referred to the US Constitution as a "just a go**amned piece of paper" which, by his own admission, makes him the enemy of the US Constitution and all loyal Americans ("patriots").
Bush and his bootlickers are not patriots, they are the enemy.
I will oppose him and all of his supporters until such time they are no longer a threat to the US Constitution. It is by my oath that I am so compelled. - Reply to this comment

Ahhhh!, I know I shouldn't laugh about anything having to do with this situation, but that actually gave me an involuntary (I'll swear even under torture) belly laugh SharnCedar. Thank you fellow patriot.

- Who cares if they tortured him? I don't! How noble of you libs to bemoan his apparent treatment. You have no honesty because you are so P.C. Me, I think he is trash and should be taken out. If they cracked his skull, so what? He's a dirty siliconigger muslim wife-beater. Bury him alive head-first in a vat of lard.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed : I killed Bambi's father.
Yes, It was I who killed Bambi's father, I very bad man. Also, I hereby avow the CIA does not condone torture, and does not torture. This blood on the document is my own fault, it is part of my attempt to malign the CIA by pretending to be tortured. My screams are just that, fake. I very bad. I try to hurt CIa men by screaming so loud. But it true, I invented communism, not the Jewish torture advisors. I killed Christ, not the nice Jewish advisors who torture. I am also started WWII. Very bad. Sorry. I responsible for Oklahoma City bombing, and Ruby Ridge too, also murder of Vince Foster. Also the recent murder of Cindy Sheehan, oops, not supposed to say that yet.
Signed,
(in blood)

- tuckerndfw - More anti-semitic smut. Do you get this stuff from a nazi bulletin board? You would not recognise the truth if it slapped you in the face. Get real! This guy spent his whole career planning terrorist attacks. The average criminal probably commits dozens if not hundreds of crimes before getting caught.

Anti-Semite smut?
Most Israelis are atheists and communists from E. Europe or the former Soviet Union. Using the term "Semite" to refer to Israelis or Zionists is an inappropriate use of the term.
The Israeli Supreme Court authorized Israeli agents to torture suspects and to use that information in court proceedings. Making Israel equivalent to a third world dictatorship. Most civilized nations prohibit torture in the first place. Which places the US and Israel in the same category as Zimbabwe or some other third world dictatorship.
Stating facts is hardly anti anything. Maybe anti-propaganda, or anti-lying.
Bush bootlickers and Zionists (same thing) have incredibly low standards, which makes their whining and moaning about "terrorists" almost laughable if the outcome was not so tragic.
Bush bootlickers and Zionists are terrorists, and, wholly lacking morals or any sense of justice. - Reply to this comment

- When the US Pentagoons lose this case, it will be because they 'leaked' an idiotic, CIA-generated confession that no one in their right mind would ever believe.
Bu$h is in such a lather to rescue his cohorts from their own bovine excretement he will stoop to new levels of lying to the public to justify their ignorant, fascist actions worldwide.
Hard to watch without laughing at how stupid it all appears. When the World Court is finished with these buffoons, they will look good in prison gray... - Reply to this comment

In what way does your comment alter the facts I stated?
Pearl was a spy and got what spies usually get when they are caught spying.
How is it that the legal system that has been successfully used for hundreds of years suddenly become inadequate when George Bush became president?
And, if torturing suspects is a legitimate use of police power, why not torture all suspects, including traffic law violators and juvenile delinguents? You never know, they may have information that can be used to prosecute someone for jaywalking or other heinous offenses.
Anyone who supports torturing suspects should notify their local police agency so they can be tortured until they confess to all the crimes they have committed. And, provide useful information about their family and friends, so they too can be prosecuted (and tortured).
Any government agency that resorts to torture is unworthy of support.
George Bush is the worst president in US history and his supporters are, generally speaking, morons. - Reply to this comment
- Hmmm.
All we know about Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is that he was captured in Pakistan on March 1, 2003, held in various illegal secret prisons without charge or representation, and tortured until 2006 by the government of the United States of America.
Dictator Bush and his henchmen, which include the certified sociopaths who tortured Khalid for years, swear that he confessed to everything they brought up.
Golly.
Justice. Just like in any communist or fascist nation.

That's how it is with the SM/BD lovers on the right, like Bush and Cheney. They pushed for torture so much that you just KNOW they get off on the idea of sweaty, naked, young Arabic men being strapped down to a board and whipped (preferably by one of them...in leather boots, crotchless panties, a Swastika necklace and a cut-out bra) until they scream for mercy from their Texan "Masters". Bush and Cheney don't support torture because they think it'll provide information. They support it because it gets them off. - Reply to this comment
